This house is the perfect house for large or multiple families. Upstairs includes a living room with fire place and flat screen TV. The spacious dining area has a dinning table that seats 12 people. The gourmet kitchen has a Viking gas stove, Viking refrigerator and it is equipped to cook for a crowd.
Outside the living room is a wrap-around deck with a barbeque for summer or winter grilling. Also upstairs, are two master suites, each with king beds and private bathrooms. Additionally, there is a third bedroom with two twin beds and another full bath.
Downstairs, includes a large family room that has a comfortable sectional couch, TV, ping pong table and full wet bar, including a dishwasher, under-counter refrigerator and microwave. This is the ideal spot for family movie watching or ping-pong tournaments! Just outside the family room is a deck with an 8 person hot tub. Downstairs, there are three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds). There are two full baths downstairs.
This house backs up to open space and has an adjoining vacant lot which provides lots of room for playing in the summertime and sledding in the winter time. It also serves to ensure lots of privacy.
