You will love our beautiful views of the Fraser Valley Meadows surrounded by the Continental Divide Mountains of the Tabernash, Winterpark area. Our new house is a completely decorated, 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath, attached home, sleeps 6 with two queen beds, and two twins and also has a two car garage.
We are centrally located in Tabernash just 15 minutes drive to skiing in Winter park or Sol Vista. We are also close to golf, biking, fishing, hiking, boating, shopping and restaurants. Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are just a half hour drive.
The quiet neighborhood is your perfect retreat after an active day of family fun. There are lovely views from every window. Watch the sunset from the patio overlooking the creek or take a leisurely walk around the nearby small lake which includes a picnic area, kids playground and is stocked for fishing.
We have a TV for watching our library of DVDs and Videos (no cable TV). There is a comfy loft area for reading where you will find books, puzzles, games and a desk suitable for using your laptop (internet and printer provided). We enjoy this retreat home and know you will too!

We love the quiet neighborhood surrounded by mountains and green space in a location that is central to so many winter and summer activities. We have loved having family and friends come to enjoy the beauty and many summer, winter and year-round activities.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We can enjoy many scenic walks and hikes in the area. The grandkids can play at the play area near the lake. We enjoy the local restaurants and the local theater in Grand Lake. It has been magical in the mornings to see the hot air balloon landing nearby.

We are Bruce and Cari Block and live in Escondido California. Cari's son Geof is a builder and in 2007 he built us two beautiful units in the Coyote Creek subdivision of Pole Creek Valley; one of which we decided to use for family and vacation rental. We love spending time in the beautiful mountains of Colorado. We have lots of grown children, grandkids and great grandkids so family time in this gorgeous setting has been very special to us.
