This 2nd-floor carriage home overlooks the 8th green and provides sweeping views of the entire hole from tee to green. Desirable southwestern exposure provides fantastic natural light and gorgeous, unobstructed sunsets. This well decorated, spacious home (2,200+ SF) is appointed with British Classics style furnishings.
Open floor plan allows a fantastic entertaining space with TV, DVD, stereo with Bose speakers, and pool table. Living room has seating for 6. An informal, 2 person bar top eating area transitions to the large open kitchen with walk-in pantry and breakfast nook with 4 person table. Access the large wrap-around lanai from the master bedroom and living room to enjoy outdoor dining for 6, relaxation, sunsets, and view of “Birdies.”

Pelican Sound includes a 27-hole championship golf course designed by Mike Hill which is challenging to the best golfer and forgiving for the novice. The tennis center has six lighted Har-Tru courts.
