Newly remodeled Condo with 1918 square feet. It is newly remodeled with granite counter tops and nice tile floors.
There are two bedrooms with a media room/third bedroom and three separate bathrooms.
The master has a California king-size bed with walk-in closet and a private bathroom with custom walk-in shower. The second bedroom is a suite with a private bathroom and a flat screen TV.
The third bedroom has been converted into a media room with a big screen and surround sound and could sleep two.
One of the largest Covered Patios in the Country Club (with outdoor ceiling fan) overlooking Pool and Spa, 11th, 12th and 13th Fairways on the Championship Course. Could seat up to eight with a built-in BBQ Gas Grill.
The Semi-Private Pool and Spa are just twenty five feet from the covered patio.
This condo is truly the "Best of the Best"

This is the most beautiful condo I have ever been in. Stunning views of ponds and beautiful wide open landscape off the back deck, The pool and hot tub are within 50 ft of the condo but yet we had total privacy on the rear deck. The condo itself was beautiful comfortable beds and very clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We have stayed at several Palm Desert condo's and this one is by far the best. Looking forward to our next stay.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.
