Welcome to relaxation in a tranquil setting on beautiful Paw Paw Lake. The house is on the point with only one road in and on a dead end street so it's private and quiet. This unique spacious 3500 square foot getaway home is a two level duplex with 2 bedrooms, a full bath, full kitchen, three seasons room and family room upstairs AND 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and family room downstairs. Great for large families, families with children, extended families, or multiple families. The sectional couch downstairs has 4 power recliners and the sofa in the family room upstairs unfolds to a full size bed. The house sleeps 12 comfortably (King bed, 2 Queen beds, 2 double beds, and a convertible sofa). There is a large concrete patio off the lower level with a gas grill, large table with umbrella, chairs and two chaise lounges. The spacious backyard is conducive to bad mitten, volleyball (net is installed), and bags. Two piers provide for fishing, swimming, boating, and kayaking (two kayaks are included for your use). And an adjacent small sand beach ideal for swimming or wading.
Both kitchens have a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, ample cookware, dishes and utensils, loads of recessed lighting all on dimmers, ceiling fans in most rooms and central air-conditioning both on the lower and upper level. A pair of sliding doors off the lower family room and lower master bedroom to access the patio make it very conducive from enjoying a morning cup of coffee to an evening cocktail and everything in between. A XM satellite radio is there for your use on the patio.
