Located in sunny south Florida, this 2 bedroom 2 bath Key West style home is ideal for the professional couple looking to get away from the cold northern climate for the winter months.
It is convenient to town yet set away for the busy streets. This home is set on the high banks of the Indianriver, which has Ocean access to the north and to the south.
As you come up the long gated drive way to the residence, you will park under the home which sets on concrete pillars. Upon entering the home you will find a temperature controlled wine closet to the right, continuing up the stairs you will find the first floor which has the kitchen, dining area, living area, first bedroom with the full bed and the spare bathroom. Continue up the stairs to a sitting/reading area just outside the master suite which has a lot of closet space and a large master bath with a roman tub and stand alone shower.
The house has lots of porch space front and back which overlooks the pool. There is also a small porch off of the master suite for your early morning coffee.
The home has stairs so please keep that in mind, anyone considering this home should understand that the ability to traverse stairs is paramount. This is a private home situated on 2 fenced acres and is gated (not due to a crime issue but to keep our dogs in when we lived there), I will provide you with a remote control to operate the gate from your vehicle. The bedding (firm mattresses) in both bedrooms and the Master suite bedroom furniture is brand new purchased 09/2009.There is a railroad track about 300’behind the house, yes you will hear and feel the train when it goes by, usually only once or twice a day. There is a road between the house and the dock.

- This property is 2 acres with a 400' dock that reaches out into the Indianriver. It is fairly remote in that it is situated between the Savannas wild life refuge and the Indianriver, with only neighbors to the North and South. It is fenced and gated with remote controls for entry. This home has stairs, the ability to safely climb stairs is a requirement.
