Spectacular architectural 3 Bedroom w/ Optional 4th Bedroom / 3 Bathroom home . If requested, the living room will be converted into a 4th Bedroom. This room is equipped with a 42 in plasma T.V. and a fire place. Accordion style room dividers will be brought in to give you the privacy and separation of a bedroom. In addition, a stylish wardrobe closet would be brought in. Two separated master suites with one of the master suites having its own private kitchen as well as the main chef's kitchen. The 3rd bedroom has access to the 3rd bathroom along with washer and dryer. This house can also be rented as a 2 bdrm w/ optional 3rd bdrm /2 bth , or a 1 bdrm/1 bth. Short walking distance to the Brand New Flag Ship Whole Foods Market & approximately 1/2 mile to Venice Beach Boardwalks, and 2 miles to Santa Monica's 3rd Street Promenade.

Walk to Venice Bch in 10-15 mins, or 5 mins by bike. Friendly residential neighborhood on dead end street, easy access to S. M. freeways and LAX.

Why the Owner Chose Venice Beach

I chose this vacation rental because its proximity to everything. It is located within a few minutes to the beach, most major freeways (highways), parks, theme parks, world renown restaurants, markets, recreational places, and other attractions. I also chose it because Venice Beach neighbors the City of Santa Monica which are both centrally located to Beverly Hills, LAX, Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knott's Berry Farm, etc. It is also a wonderful environment to engage in many different activities such as surfing, cycling, scuba diving, etc. The property itself is located in a quiet neighborhood which is walking distance to a brand new Flag Ship Whole Food Market where you should bring your camera because the chances of a celebrity sighting is strong. I fell in love with this city when I was a kid, and I am sure you'll love it too.

The Unique Benefits at this Home

One of the unique benefits of my property is that its convenient location to different source of attraction or activities. Whenever you choose to take a break and stay home, have a barbecue, relax in the jacuzzi, sit in the cabana, or just enjoy a very special energy that you could only experience sitting or interacting in the open space of the kitchen, family room, and dining room. Pets are welcomed and will enjoy the lush grounds as well. There are beautiful parks which are within walking distance to this home.

Hello, my name is Bruno Vavala. I was born in Greenwich, Connecticut in 1958. In 1963, my family packed up the station wagon and moved west to Santa Monica where I have lived for the last 45 years.

I attended Santa Monica High School in the 70's. I married in 1995, and shortly after we had a beautiful baby girl named Gabriella Marie Vavala. Gabriella is now 13 years old and she attends Paul Revere middle school. This was definitely a turning point in my life.

My favorite things I enjoy are surfing, motorcycling, working out, reading and most of all, spending quality time with my family and our family dog, Mocha..

I owned and operated a restaurant for 25 years. I then started buying and developing property in the 80's. I became a real estate agent in 2003 where I got my start selling business opportunities which shortly after evolved into real estate finance where I have found my nitch.

There's nothing more exciting than working together toward a common goal and succeeding. That's why I focus on working in sync with my clients to ensure they get the kind of results they expect and deserve.

    • The house was everything and more than what the website described. Our family enjoyed Santa Monica very much. The weather was so beautiful along with the highly conducive setting, we found it to be very difficult to leave the property hence, we engaged in barbecues mostly every evening. My children are still asking when we would return to Santa Monica. Thank you, Bruno for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous home. My family and I look forward to re-visiting next year during our holiday.

    • We stayed in this porperty for a week in September 2009 while attending a conference at UCLA. It is a great home. There are 2 large living areas and a great kitchen. The master bedroom/bath is huge! There is great outdoor living space as well. This would be a great place for anyone to stay--I think most anyone would be quite happy here. There is a Whole Foods right across the street. The beach is about a 7-8 block walk.

    • This is a beautiful home and is described accurately in the ad. It does say it will sleep 13 which would be a stretch unless there are several small children that could share beds. Beautiful kitchen with all the essestials for cooking. The roof top deck is amazing. We were up there every evening.
