This first floor, luxury condo backs-up to the Arapahoe National Forest. Hiking and cross country skiing start from our back patio gate. The condo is large, spacious, and warm with parking immediately outside the front door. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a queen size pull-out couch.

Shopping and great restaurants are only a couple of minutes away, and five major ski areas are within 10 to 30 minutes (Keystone, Breckenridge, A-Basin, Copper Mountain, and Vail). The condo is completely equipped with all needed amenities, and the kitchen is well stocked with lots of extras for those who enjoy cooking. This is a non-smoking unit.

Year Purchased: 1995

My wife and I are currently retired and reside in Kansas City, MO. I worked for the Federal government for 32 years, and my wife was an emergency room nurse for 35 years.

Why the Owner Chose Salt Lick

We started skiing in Summit County 33 years ago and fell in love with the area. Approximately 25 years ago we started traveling to Summit County for summer vacations and discovered that we loved the summer activities as much as winter skiing. That's when we decided to purchase property there. Now retired we spend as much time as possible in our condo. Being able to look out our living room window and see the beautiful mountains is incredible. We hope that everyone who stays in our unit enjoys it as much as we do.
