3 bedrooms and 6 people. Better and cheaper than 3 hotel rooms. Many extras like DVDs, games, even spices. Relax with every modern convenience after seeing the sights or going to the beach. Guests from USA, Costa Rica, Canada, Great Britain, Ireland, India, Spain, Russia, Finland, Sweden, Belgium, Germany, Israel, New Zealand, Panama, Guatamala, Columbia, and Hong Kong, have had Dream Unforgettable Vacation from the 8th floor of this Large Fully Furnished Luxury CONDO in a high rise 24/7 security. It is only about 2 blocks from the beach. So close, you can see the size of the surf. Costa Rica is the Switzerland of the West, but warmer and with a great ocean. It is less expensive and less crowded than Hawaii, Mexico, and the Caribbean and NO HURRICANES. Other cheaper properties lack what this has.
Others do not have this location,view, air conditioning, 24/7 security, free parking, wi-fi, 2 cable tvs, 2 DVD plyers, more than 50 movies, full kitchen, washer/dryer, BBQ, safe, 3x large pool with 3 jacuzzis, vollyball, plush grounds. Your place, unlike many other cheaper ones in the area, has air conditioning, maid service, 24/7 guarded gated security, free parking, cable TV, DVDs in both family room and master bedroom, free Wi-Fi, a dining room, family room, kitchen(with refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, disposal, coffee maker, toaster oven, and blender, mixer, crock pot, spices, and all accessories and settings.), safe, and BBQ. Jaco is a town with easy walking or cheap taxi ride access to super market, restaurants, gift shops, night life, casino, and tours for all the various outdoor activities and wildlife.
Jaco is about a 75 minute drive west of San Jose where the international airport is. (Code SJO). Jaco is on the Pacific Ocean and tropical so constant warm weather and warm water.

Hi Michael, I just wanted to let you know we enjoyed the condo in Jaco very much and had a fantastic time! We will stay with you again if we can go back to Costa Rica. This was perfect, since we had Jaco as our "base" and then went to different places, depending on what we decided on a given day. Condo was wonderful, we were able to wash clothes, cook and were central to everything. The grounds were beautiful! Overall, we had a fantastic time and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Michael. We very much enjoyed staying in your condo and found it to be very well furnished, easy to find, greatly located and we so enjoyed the pool. We had a wonderful tour of Costa Rica and so enjoyed the walks to the beach and the slower pace of Jaco. Costa Rica is an amazing Country. I highly recommend the condo in Jaco as a great place to stay for activities or for just being lazy. If my friends are planning to travel in that direction, I would recommend your condo. I had the most amazing trip visiting the area of Jaco, Costa Rica February 3-14, 2012!! We stayed in a beautiful condo owned by Mike Cantor, that we reserved online. Everything he posted was just as it was when we arrived. Beautiful view, very well kept up and the pool is gorgeous. Mike is very easy to work with and you will be happy with the condo and all of its furnishings. Never stay at a hotel when you can stay in a condo like this! Michael was very helpful when we inquired about his property. The guards knew who we were when we got there and gave us the keys. It was all made very easy going through Micheal. The place was beautiful and well stocked. He provided lots of little things that made our stay less stressful such as a cabinet full of spices and laundry detergent!! I would rent this unit again. Just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know that your condo was absolutely wonderful and it was exactly what we were looking for. The condo itself was great witha spectacular view, a very nice pool which the kids loved. The location was perfect as it was away from all the downtown noise. Also, I must say that I greatly appreciated all the little touches that you have made in order to make the place feel comfortable, such as the games, DVDs, the diverse array of cooking ingredients, etc. Bhavin and family, Jan. 13-15, 2012. We enjoyed everything about this condo and the surrounding area. Transportation to and from the airport was easy. Jaco is an easy town to grocery shop, have dinner , rent a car shop. The beach and others nearby are breathtaking. The condo is spacious and comfortable with breathtaking views. Really did not want to leave. We want to thank you again for allowing us to stay at your condo in Jaco!!! The condo is absolutely beautiful, so spacious, very well equipped and the view is amazing! The management people were friendly and very helpful too. We traveled to the volcano and hot springs, toured the rainforest, zip lined, toured the mangroves, went to the beach, visited crocodile bridge and so much more! We left many notes in the guest book of the fun and interesting excursions we enjoyed and included some information on different restaurants we liked. We love the town of Jaco. We had a great time and your condo afforded us the amenities of home. The condo was perfect for us. One highlight was sitting on your patio on the balcony and seeing parrots three times! We alsosaw two blue parakeets and yellow birds. What a treat after all our colorless birds in AZ. We were all so comfortable and the laundry facilities perfect. Our stay at your Jaco Bay condo in Costa Rica was enjoyable and the condo was as you described. The property has a nice quiet relaxing pool area, a nice view of the ocean, a large balcony area and is walking distance to downtown Jaco. Thank you for renting the unit to us.
