Low Season (Apr 15-Nov 15) .. $700/week .. $2100/month. extra night $100/night
High Season (Nov 16-Apr 14) .. $980/week .. $2700/month. extra night $100/night
50% of rents are due within 7 days of booking, balance due 45 days prior to
occupancy. Refunds are available 30 days prior to occupancy, after that, only if
the unit can again be rented. (We will do our absolute best to re-rent the condo)
$65 cleaning fee and Hawaii tax not included

I am a semi-retired RN from the Seattle area. I usually vacation at the Makaha condo about 4 months out of the year. I enjoy the beach lifestyle and the local people.

The location is private and away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and Honolulu. The units are located right on the water and the beach is just steps away.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
It's very quiet on the 12th floor with a spectacular panoramic ocean view. You can still hear the gentle surf in the background to lull you to sleep.
