Located on the Gulf side of Florida, Siesta Key has been the vacation destination for families and couples for many years. Located in one of the most desirable parts of Siesta Key, Sea Shell condominium stands tall and offers breathtaking views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Inter-coastal Waterway.
FURNISHINGS:
From the minute you enter this oversized end unit you will recognize the warm and inviting finishes this unit has to offer. From the crisp elegance of the Sandstone Corian counter tops in the kitchen, to the leather sofas in the living room you realize you have made a great destination decision.
UNIT FEATURES:
The unit features 8 ft. ceilings, ceramic tile (kitchen, living room, dining room, foyer, and bathrooms), patterned Berber carpeting (bedrooms), raised panel cabinetry (kitchen and baths), corian counter tops, and white on white kitchen appliances. This unit also features two 8 ft. glass panel patio doors both in the living room leading to the oversized wrap around balcony that will maximize your view of the pool area or just simply to enjoy your morning cup of coffee while you read the paper. This is not a common feature in all unit types.
KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS:
The fully furnished kitchen (should you want to cook) features a 21 cf. refrigerator equipped with ice maker, ultra-quiet dishwasher, self-cleaning oven with smooth top range, and a built in microwave. To compliment these appliances the kitchen also features all utensils, plates, cookware, baking and serving dishes to bring out the Emeril in all of us. The kitchen also features a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a garbage disposal.
DINING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
The dining room features a glass round table that seats 4 adults comfortably, with additional chairs that will seat up to 6 adults. You will run out of guests or family members before you will run out of seating when it is time to eat. The dining room also features an oversized window for your viewing pleasure of the pool area or just letting in the natural sunlight.
LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
The living room offers two leather sofas with glass and tile coctail and end tables. These cozy pieces of furniture along with the tasteful decorating, makes watching a DVD or movie on the 43" TV priceless family entertainment.
MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS:
The master bedroom features a king size super plush bed with dual side tables & lamps. With this distinctively appointed bedroom you can sense you are in a tropical paradise. This bedroom also features a 32" TV that sits atop a matching full length dresser with mirror. All beds (master and guest) are outfitted with the finest linens and fabrics.
The master bath features a full-size garden tub with glass shower doors. These features along with a vanity and huge mirror will make getting ready that much easier. The bathrooms (master and guest) have been tiled from floor to ceiling with decorative trim giving you more of the luxurious feeling.
BALCONY HIGHLIGHTS:
This balcony is one of the largest in the building measuring over 200 sq/ft. Once you are on the balcony you may not want to come back inside. This balcony is as comfortable as any outdoor sitting area you have ever seen. It features 2 tables with 4 chairs giving ample room for everyone to enjoy. I am sure you will agree this is as good as it gets.
GUEST BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
The guest bedroom features 2 queen size beds with a side table & lamps. This room also includes a 20" TV with DVD. This bedroom has its own walk in closet and is located next to the guest bath. The room's appointed white wicker furniture and furnishings gives you a true beach feeling.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Traveling with another family and need another unit at Sea Shell, no problem. I have several good friends with units at Sea Shell all of which are 2 bedroom and 2 bath. I will be happy to assist in making these reservations work for you. I will do whatever I can to make your vacation in paradise as memorable as possible for you and your family.
