Located only 20 minutes from the airport, this home is only minutes to downtown Phoenix, shopping, theaters, dining, Diamond Back's Chase Field, South Mountain Preserve, and Raven Golf Course.
This vacation rental is fully equipped with all cooking utensils, flatware, dishes, coffeemaker, toaster; linens, 50" plasma television and DVD/theatre surround sound system. The master bedroom has a full King sized bedroom suite with a private bath and large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a King sized bed, walk in closet and the third bedroom has a day bed with a pull-out trundle on the bottom that sleeps either 2 singles or can be combined to make another king sized bed.
The open concept kitchen leads to the living room which offers an incredible view of South Mountain as well as the 12th hole of the golf course. Enjoy barbequing and relaxing on the spacious patio which includes a putting green to practice your game. Your stay includes wireless internet, access to the private community pool and the security of an attached double garage.

The Unique Benefits at this House
Large open bungalow has only one level and no stairs which makes all rooms easily accessible. Putting green and artificial grass in the background is a great place for kids to play.
