I have lived in Breckenridge for a combined total of 6 years. I was visiting the town, while traveling, and fell in love with it. When I got "off of the road" I decided to settle down here. It's a beautiful place to live AND there's a ton of outdoor activities right in the backyard so to speak. I am the operations manager for Hearthstone Catering, the largest catering company in a 5 county area. Our company owns Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant and Cantina, as well as the Hearthstone Restaurant, both wonderful places to dine while visiting our quaint little town.
Why the Owner Chose Highland Greens
I bought this condo for its location and because it's a 2 bed/2 bath lock-off. I live upstairs and am able to rent the apartment out to friends, family and guests from all over the world. I enjoy meeting new people and have rented many condos for other people, so now I figured I'd rent for myself!
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
I thoroughly enjoy the quietness of the complex, the views of the Ten Mile Range (including all 4 peaks of skiing Breckenridge has to offer). It is very close to my place of work, and a great location to visit any area in the county without having to deal with a ton of traffic heading out of Breck on a 2 lane highway. I love taking my dog for walks/hikes on the many trails that are near as well as enjoy the horse drawn sleigh rides on the golf course in the winter, which is just across Tiger Road.
