SILVER SANDS - This One bedroom first floor condo is easily accessible to 2 pools, beach and you can park your car right next to your back door for easy access to loading and unloading. It is beautifully decorated with a new flat-screen HDTV incorporating the CD and DVD players.
Gulf view is a family oriented resort located at 2830 Old Highway 98 near Destin on Miramar Beach. It has it's own Private Beach approximately 75 yards from the Condo and is only a one-minute walk from Captain Dave's Seafood Restaurant.
Enjoy the freshest seafood available anywhere, fun shops and boutiques and the Tanger Outlets (Largest Designer outlet mall in the US) or just relax on the miles of unspoiled Beaches, swim in the gulf or one of two Swimming Pools (one heated during winter) and end your day relaxing in the hot tub.
Being on the Ground level, guests have no hassle with stairs or elevators - just park your car right next to the door and walk right in! Sleeps 6 with bunks in the hall and a comfy 2 person bed on the sleeper sofa. It is an excellent area for walking on the beach or walking trail, Bicycle rentals, scooter rentals and parasailing are available nearby.
Easy access to Hwy 98 and lots of entertainment for Kids and Adults including Destin Commons rated the top shopping area in Florida with a multi-screen movie theater and Big Kahuna Waterpark within a 5 minute drive.

Best restaurants in the world, walking on the beach, shopping in The Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, or The Harbor Blvd development next to Sandestin or going down to the harbor to watch the fishermen bring in their catch of the day-Grouper, Mackerel and Red Snapper to name a few. Reading a book by the pool or on the beach, these are the things that I like to do.
