“Silver Sands” at Gulfview has it all and is close to everything! Once you visit us, we know you will want to come back again and again. Destin is a great area with great weather and beautiful beaches with gorgeous emerald-colored waters. We are very family-friendly with something for everyone to do.
We are located at 2830 Old Highway 98 near Destin on Miramar Beach, amid white sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets.

Best restaurants in the world, walking on the beach, shopping in The Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, or The Harbor Blvd development next to Sandestin or going down to the harbor to watch the fishermen bring in their catch of the day-Grouper, Mackerel and Red Snapper to name a few. Reading a book by the pool or on the beach, these are the things that I like to do.

We loved this condo! It was spacious, had lots of towels, everything you need in the kitchen. There were even beach chairs, boogie boards, and toys. Had cleaning supplies, too. I took teenagers with me for Spring Break, and they loved the hot tub and pool area, but we spent most of our time on the beach. We BBQ-ed one night on the on site grills, and the laundry room was great for washing towels, etc. I loved walking to the beach just a few yards away and being able to come back for drinks, snacks, etc. They even supplied beach towels. My kids can't wait to go back and neither can I!! Thank you for sharing this with us.

This was right across from the street from the beach and perfect for going back and forth! I brought my teens for Spring Break and we had a blast. The condo was roomy and I cooked everyday and loved the kitchen, it was perfectly equipped. The oven could've used replacing and baked unevenly, but we managed. The condo was well stocked with beach boogie boards, sand toys, etc., lots of towels in the bathroom, which was oversized. There was even cleaning supplies, paper goods, and all we needed for our 5 day stay. The location was great for getting to everywhere we needed to be in Destin. I highly recommend this condo and know that you will love it and enjoy your stay. It was easy to book, too!

I would highly recommend this condo, and plan on returning next spring for vacation. It is so convenient to everything; steps from the private beach, walking distance to really good restaurants, and lots of shopping and sight-seeing minutes away. There are great walking/biking trails you can access right in front of the condo, or if you choose to walk in a neighborhood, there's one around the corner. There is a great stretch of seaside towns with shopping and restaurants along 30A, San Destin, and the Outlet Mall; all only minutes away. The two pools and hot tub are great if you choose to stay at the condo. And, if you want to relax inside there's room for everyone to spread out and watch TV in the living room and bedroom. The property manager was very helpful in telling us about the area, and assisting with anything we needed. You will really love this location for your next vacation!

This was our first trip to Destin and we enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. Our boys loved the bunk beds! The complex is quiet and small, great for families . Paul was very helpful and reassured us that the beaches were still great. ( Which they were.) We hope to return next summer!
