  We had an absolutely amazing stay at this rental! We truly had nothing to complain about..from start to finish..beginning with our communication via this site with Paul! The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean and was the perfect size for our family of 5. The laundry room is steps away, the swimming pool is steps away..and the breathtakingly beautiful beach is a very short walk across the street! Everything we needed in the condo (and more!) was right there...even including beach umbrellas, toys, a cooler, kitchen utensils/pots/pans, and even a margarita maker! The beds were comfy, too! Our teenagers loved it as well, and can't wait to get back. We plan to stay here again next year. I give this condo an A++++++! :)

  We had a wonderful time at your condo. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. We could have used some plastic plates for the kids though. So worried my little one would break the others so he didn't use one. All the beach toys were great. My kids loved the boogie boards and I loved the umbrellas. We did have a problem with the bunk beds smelling. My son couldn't sleep on them our first night there because they smelled so bad. Someone did come and put some mattress covers on them and that helped a lot. I think the mattresses are just old and need to be replaced, but covering them helped and we were still able to enjoy our stay. The place was very quiet, but there should be some curtains in the bedroom because the light outside by the front door was very bright and I prefer a dark room to sleep. I have nothing else bad to stay. We loved being so close to the beach, and will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!

  The property was amazing! We went on our honeymoon here because of the location. After arriving, we were so impressed! The bed was SO comfortable. We did not lack for anything. There were plenty of towels, linens, brochures of things to do, and if you have children plenty of beach toys. The condo was very clean and spacious! Since it was only myself and my husband we had tons of room. It is directly at the beach. Love that it was on the bottom floor so carrying luggage was easy. Washer and Dryer was close by. We will definitely rent this property again. WONDERFUL owner to work with! Thanks for the great stay!

  Excellent location with its own beach access. Close to restaurants but far enough away from public beach. The king size bed is amazing. We stayed comfortably with three adults and two teenagers.

  Location was GREAT! Right across the street from the beach. We have a 4 year old, and the beach was extremely accessible. Unit was clean and well maintained. Paul was very helpful with restaurants. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance of the beach. Captain Dave's has a great view of the beach! We stayed at the beach most of the time, we LOVE the beach. Swimming pools are nice and well maintained also. Our daughter loved to sleep on the bunk beds, and the king bed was very comfortable! We will definately stay here again. Very affordable!

  The condo was very nice and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay at the beach. We were located just a short walk to the private access gate that led to the beach. The sand was sugar white and the water a beautiful pale green. The condo has access to two pools and a hot tub that can only be seen by other guests and can not be seen from the street. We had a wonderful stay and will try to return next year. Paul was easy to work with and very friendly. If you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation away from all the commercialized "party" beaches, come to Destin and you will not be disappointed.

  The condo was great. My husband and I stated here for our one week vacay. Had everything we needed for a week at the beach plus a few surprises: large HDTV, blu ray, Bose sound dock, etc. and it's on the first floor which was nice when unloading. The beach is just a 2 min walk away and there are 2 pools and hot tub. If you're up for a nice stroll you can walk to Pompano Joes Restaurant which is right on the beach. We will definatly rent again next time we are in destin.

  This was a great trip! The condo rental was perfect! Had many extras, like beach chairs, toys, cooler! The condo was nicely decorated and clean. Perfect location, beach right across the street! We are planning next years trip with the whole family!

  We loved this condo! It was spacious, had lots of towels, everything you need in the kitchen. There were even beach chairs, boogie boards, and toys. Had cleaning supplies, too. I took teenagers with me for Spring Break, and they loved the hot tub and pool area, but we spent most of our time on the beach. We BBQ-ed one night on the on site grills, and the laundry room was great for washing towels, etc. I loved walking to the beach just a few yards away and being able to come back for drinks, snacks, etc. They even supplied beach towels. My kids can't wait to go back and neither can I!! Thank you for sharing this with us.
