  We loved this condo! We go to Okaloosa Island a couple of times a year and this is now one of our favorite places that we have stayed. It is in a great location and everything that you might need while you are there is furnished by the owners. Loved seeing the dolphins playing in the water each morning! Thanks again for letting us stay at your beautiful condo. Hopefully it will be available the next time we go back to Okaloosa Island.

  Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined such an amazing vacation. We already knew that this area of Florida was known for its beautiful white sandy beaches and a variety of things to do and see, but we were more than impressed with Kathy and Les' beautiful condo. My expectations were high for the perfect vacation home, especially sight unseen, but with the pictures, the detailed description, and the communications we had with the owners, I had no doubts. We were not disappointed at all. Everything was decorated with care, like one would do for their own homes. We had everything we needed plus so much more. There personal touches every where we turned. Everything from albums containing restaurant brochures, suggested places to see, but also their own ratings on places they have personally visited. While waiting for our vacation, we would frequently ask questions, and they were so quick to respond with answers, but went above and beyond with providing so much more. The kitchen was updated with new appliances, a fully stocked kitchen with all the supplies needed to make great meals.....I could go on and on with how wonderful this condo was, but I suggest that you see for yourself, oh I can't forget the amazing view of the ocean from the bedroom as the sun would rise. Breath taking. We will be back. Thank you Les and Kathy for sharing your home. We are now fully rested, relaxed, and recharged

  Our stay was wonderful! This condo is by far the cleanest nicest place we have ever stayed on vacation. My husband, two year old daughter, and mother and father in-law all stayed here at the same time. We did not feel cramped or in each others space at all. We loved it. I would highly recomend this condo to anyone! The view is awesome. The beds were more comfortable than the ones at home. We are already planning a trip next summer. Which reminds me I need to call and book. Great place, great people. Les and Kathy were more than helpful. Our two year old had a blast. Thanks for the wonderful place to stay!

  This was our first trip to Destin Florida over my kid's spring break. My husband and I had 4 girls with us, with the youngest being 8 and the other 3 being 17. I can actually say that this was the first vacation that pleased everyone! This was such a beautiful condo! We all enjoyed our stay so much! I loved all the extras that were provided from the beach toys for my 8 year old to the beach chairs provided for us on the beach. The 4 girls just loved their bedroom and loved having their own bathroom. This condo is decorated so beautfully and so very comfortable. The master bedroom is amazing and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean. Les and Kathy were wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions. They thought of everything when it came to furnishing this condo. They even have an album full of information from dining to shopping that we found very useful. We will definately be back but the only place my family will stay will be right here!

  This was the first time I had been to Fl. This condo is located in Fort Walton Beach only 6 miles to the Destin area. The view from this condo is awesome, one morning we seen dolphins from our balcony. There was a total of 7 of us who stay two under the age of 5. The kids had a blast at the pool and playing in the sand. We had a little rain while we were there but that didn't slow us down, there is board games in the condo which we played it past the time while it rained, there is also movies available to watch (t.v and DVD player in both bedrooms and living room) The beds were awesome so comfortable, I have a hard time sleeping when I am away from home but not here, I felt like we were at home. The owners are so nice and called and checked on us while we were there to make sure we were having a good time. Thank you for that. As a hotel manager of A Hampton Inn and Suites, I have to say I have stayed in a lot of hotels and condos owned by Hilton. And this was the first time I have stayed some where that was not a Hilton chain and my family and I are very pleased and will be back for our next Vacation. We stayed 7 nights and enjoyed every second of it. Very clean and great location and spacious. I highly recommend this condo to everyone. Great for a family vacation. :)

  We have stayed at this condo at least 1-2 times a year for the last 5-6 years (or longer) -- each and every time we love it. Eglin AFB was our 1st duty station and this area still feels like home, even after traveling all over the world the white sand beaches cannot be beat. One of our favorite things is waking up to a gorgeous view of the gulf on one side and the sound on the other side. With this condo you have a view no matter what window you look out of. Les and Kathy (owners) are always great to work with and the fact that the place is very well kept and supplied is an added bonus. (supplying the beach chairs is highly appreciated). This condo is great for just 2 people (like us) or for a small family. There is even toys for the little ones supplied. We also love the location -- close to all the attractions and restaurants. We recommend this condo highly and give it 5 stars.

  Growing up in the area, I have a special fondness for the white sand beaches for Ft. Walton Beach and love sharing this area with my children. This is a wonderful condo for a family with children of any age. Our children thoroughly enjoyed themselves both in the condo and on the beach. The beach chairs and beach toys including a boogie board, that were provided in the condo were put to good use, even in February! The bedrooms were very comfortable. The bunks and queen in the second bedroom were perfect for our three kids. The kitchen was very well stocked and is perfect for saving some money by eating in. The grill is located down by the pool, so it is a bit of a walk, but if you're well prepared before you set out, it is great to just enjoy being by the beach while you're grilling. It was a great deal staying during the off season, but I am sure just as worthwhile during high season.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway.

  my husband and i had a great time during the middle of Sept, the weather was great and the beach wasn't crowded, it was great having the chairs already by the beach each day, thanks for renting your condo.

  This condo is exactly as listed. It is decorated very cute and welcoming. It was very clean and had everything you needed for a perfect vacation. Kitchen was well supplied with all you needed to cook in. The albums were nice with suggestions for dining and attractions. Plenty of room at the dining table for the kids to play games, great books and videos. Gulf view was beautiful - saw dophins every day. Owners were prompt in getting back with you and just great to work with. Thanks for the great stay!
