Growing up in the area, I have a special fondness for the white sand beaches for Ft. Walton Beach and love sharing this area with my children. This is a wonderful condo for a family with children of any age. Our children thoroughly enjoyed themselves both in the condo and on the beach. The beach chairs and beach toys including a boogie board, that were provided in the condo were put to good use, even in February! The bedrooms were very comfortable. The bunks and queen in the second bedroom were perfect for our three kids. The kitchen was very well stocked and is perfect for saving some money by eating in. The grill is located down by the pool, so it is a bit of a walk, but if you're well prepared before you set out, it is great to just enjoy being by the beach while you're grilling. It was a great deal staying during the off season, but I am sure just as worthwhile during high season.

my husband and i had a great time during the middle of Sept, the weather was great and the beach wasn't crowded, it was great having the chairs already by the beach each day, thanks for renting your condo.

Great Vacation Accomadations

This condo is exactly as listed. It is decorated very cute and welcoming. It was very clean and had everything you needed for a perfect vacation. Kitchen was well supplied with all you needed to cook in. The albums were nice with suggestions for dining and attractions. Plenty of room at the dining table for the kids to play games, great books and videos. Gulf view was beautiful - saw dophins every day. Owners were prompt in getting back with you and just great to work with. Thanks for the great stay!

We stayed in this condo over Labor day weekend. I highly recommend this for a family, the setup was perfect! There were 6 of us and we never felt crowded. Owners are very helpful, they even emailed me with info on events happening the weekend we were there! The only minor complaint is the building is an older one with a VERY slow elevator. But there are luggage carts so you can lug everything up at once. We had an amazing bbq by the pool at sunset! Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing weekend!!

We had an amazing time staying at this condo. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed; plus it was conveniently located. We were fortunate to have great weather for our stay in early July, but the best part was enjoying the beautiful beach and ocean. (Media reports had us nervous, but there was absolutely no sign -or scent- of oil. We were in the water every day, and it was as good as ever!) Les and Kathy were a pleasure to deal with; very kind, and accessible any time I called. We're very appreciative, and thankful for the fabulous trip we had!

We had a great vacation staying in this condo! The condo was very clean and well decorated. The owners were very easy to get in contact with and answered any questions that we had. We never ran out of things to do. We really enjoyed parasailing! Fudpucker's is a neat restaurant...we got to hold a live aligator! We also enjoyed the Gulfarium...the dolphin show was awesome! Relaxing on the beach was wondrful! The beach was so clean and everything was beautiful! The view from the balcony was spectacular!

Paradise in Florida

We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed just sitting on the beach and playing in the pool and watching the ocean from the balcony. It has a beautiful view from both sides. The one side is the ocean and the other is the bay. You couldn't ask for a better view. Being on the 7th floor makes it better because you can see everything better. It is peaceful there. If you want things to do you can go to Destin which is just up the road a little ways. We ate at Joe's Crab Shack, which was o.k. We also went to the Gulfarium. We enjoyed that. We went to the Armed Forces Arnament Museum also. It was free and very interesting. The kids went parasailing and loved that.. My son went fishing from the pier. He enjoyed it but didn't catch anything although some people were catching some. We also ate at Fudpuckers. They have live alligators there and you can get your picture taken with a live alligator. They also have an albino alligator. We enjoyed it there too. The food was pretty good but a little expensive. Everything at the condo was nice. It has everything you need. It is really a nice place. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good time on vacation. Also the owners make themselves readily available if you have any questions at all. You can always get in touch with them. They are very nice people.

This property provided us with an excellent amount of space for our family of 6. Quite spacious with all the amenities of home! And the beach and pool were wonderful for our children of 17,17, 11 and 10!!! The owners were excellent to work with and the property was very clean and well maintained. The best part for us was the property was far enough away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to wonderful restaurants and attractions. I would highly recommend this property for families with kids of any ages.

This property provided my family with one of the best vacations we have ever had. We absolutely loved everything.The condo was gorgeous and had everything we needed for a wonderful week on the beach. The condo and property was clean and well maintained. This property is in an excellent spot with shopping, deep sea fishing and restaraunts all within the proximity of the beach. The owners of this condo were extremely nice and very helpful and very quick to answer any questions. We would recommend this condo to anyone for a wonderful experience and my family is looking forward to staying in the same place next year.

This condo had everything my husband and I needed for a delightful vacation! Everything was neat and clean and decorated in a welcoming way. The view from the balcony was great and we could hear the ocean from the balcony access off the bedroom. Having the umbrella with chairs for us at the beach was perfect! We didn't have too much to carry and it made the daily trip much more relaxing. The pool area was spacious and enjoyable for some winding down after the beach. The kitchen in the condo made it easy for us to have some home-prepared food and we were able to eat it on a table on the balcony! Although we truly didn't need all the space, it was nice to have two bathrooms for the week so that we could spread out! The master bedroom was spacious and the king-size bed was very comfortable! The second bedroom looked spacious as well and seemed able to hold 4 more people comfortably. Both bedrooms had great closet space as well! Overall, the trip was great and the condo was just what we needed to make it so!

This is a great place to be if you want peace and quiet, don't want crazy crowds at the beach, and just plain want to eliminate any situation which could cause stress. It is all about beauty, convenience, quiet, and ease. Waking up to the sound of the waves, rolling over in bed to see the ocean from the master bedroom window, then bringing food from the kitchen out to the ocean view balcony for breakfast is a great way to start the day! We loved having one of the most pristine beaches as our backyard while we were there. The sand is white, the water is clear and it isn't crowded. Beyond the beach, there are other things to do in the area such as wine tastings, going out to dinner, shopping at the outlet stores, grilling at the condo, playing tennis, and swimming in the pool. If you are open to a short drive, Seaside, Florida makes for a nice day trip. Basically, you can do as much, or as little as you want here, and always come back to a relaxing, peaceful place.

Beautiful Beach Front Access

Have recommended this property to several different friends. The Destin area is a great vacation get away place, and this condo is perfectly located to all of the local hot spots AND is right on the beach. Which, by the way, is the most beautiful spot on the Gulf. I love sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins play. The condo is very tastefully decorated and emmaculately clean. Owners are friendly and very accommodating ... the kind who get repeat business.

We've stayed here at least three times -- every time we love it. Our favorite thing is waking up to a gorgeous view of the gulf. Of course the fact that the place is very well kept and supplied is a bonus. We also love the location -- close to all the attractions and restaurants but NOT on the main drag. We give it our highest rating.

This beautiful top floor condo is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. It is hard to describe just how inspiring it is to wake up -- roll over -- and watch the gulf waves breaking on the beach. Amazing. On top of the first rate views and on the water location the condo itself is exceptional. Great decor, comfortable beds, two separate bedrooms and two full baths. And the kitchen is a huge bonus. I cannot recommend this place more highly!
