Kungsholmen is one of the Stockholm islands, so you will cross water almost all the time. Walk 5 minutes to the waterfront of the Lake Mälaren, stroll along and 10 min later you have crossed the bridges to the Old Town. Or go the other direction and arrive at the city beach.
Or: 2 min from the apartment you will find a big supermarket to get a nice dinner. Plenty of restaurants even closer.
Apartment itself is nice, pleasant with no vis-a-vis overlooking the park of Rådhuset. A charming living room, a spacious bedroom, a small but comfortable shower and a nice and fully equipped kitchen.

I have rented my apartment in Cassis, France for about 10 years. Since 2008 I also rent my - and my friends´ homes in Stockholm, Sweden. It is becoming a semi-professional activity. Berg is owned by a good friend, a very nice lady free-lancing in the production of film.

This apartment is very well situated in the heart of Stockholm, only 10 min by foot from Stadshuset, the town hall, and 10 min by foot from the Central Station and the OldTown. Also, it has a nice balcony and a nice atmosphere.

Stockholm is a beautiful city to visit. This apartment is a very pleasant starting point. There is also nice supermarkets around, so that it is easy to cook.
