The LOCATION is incredible of this beautiful NEWLY REMODELED PARK AVENUE condo. The condo sits on the Park City Golf course & is a SHORT walking distance not only to Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) Eagle chair lift & 1st Time lift but to dining & shopping directly across the street. Albertson's, Starbucks, Movie theatre, Blockbuster's, Squatter's Brew Pub, Cole Sports & Jan's Sports are just a few located directly across the street.
The FREE city bus stops in front of the condos & PCMR (PayDay Lift) is one stop away. The bus also takes you to Main Street where we have incredible dining, shopping & nightlife. With the location of this condo & the free city bus system a rental car is not a necessity! If you do have a car we have a covered carport to keep the car clear of snow.
Out the back door of the condo is the Park City Golf course & in winter is the awesome Nordick Track for cross country skiing & skate skiing. The backyard is a great place to let your kids play in the snow as well.
This condo has been remodeled thru out & is beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed with it's own TV & bath. The other bedroom which is also located upstairs has a bunk bed with a pull-out trundle below & its own bath. We also have on hand a twin aero mattress if needed. The living area has a queen pull-out sleeper sofa as well.
After a day sking in Utah's famous Powder snow you can relax in your PRIVATE HOT TUB directly outside of your condo or you can walk to the club house where they have a heated outdoor pool & 2 other hot tubs for your use.
SUNDANCE PEOPLE you will love the location of this condo. You can walk to the library, Radison, the Movie theatre by Albertson"s or hop on the bus for the short ride to Main Street for all the action.
