Kingston Plantation is a gated community with 24-hour security, approximately 300 yards of private beach front (next to the Apache Pier). It has a large stock lake for catch and release fishing, two hotels, two restaurants, $25 million Sports and Racquet club, World-class tennis facilities (former home of USTA Mercedes Championships), 12 outdoor pools and four indoor pools, 6 Jacuzzis, kids programs, poolside entertainment during the day and in the evening during the summer, walking and biking trails, water sports, convenient access to shopping, dining and entertainment.
Also, only a short walk down the beach to the Famous Ocean Annie’s Beachfront Bar. Only 2 miles from the famed Dunes Club and Golf Resort. Less than 1 mile is the Tangier Outlets, Pro Bass Outlet, a shopping mall, Wal-Mart Superstore, Movie Theater, Comedy Cabana, Dixie Stampede, Carolina Pry, Rossi's Fine Italian, Calabash Seafood, Chuck's Steak House, Thoroughbreds, Kroger Grocery and much more.
