Come visit my sunny Southwest paradise! This bright two-bedroom condo plus an office/den is nestled in a gated, resort-style community in North Scottsdale that borders McDowell Mountain Ranch. A nice patio view of the mountain range is further enhanced with a classy and subtle southwest decor and a ton of brand-new, high-end upgrades including 18" custom tile in the living and kitchen areas, stainless steel appliances, plush new beige carpeting in all the bedrooms, and fresh, new paint throughout.
I've provided comfort and class down to the smallest detail: luxury bedding and mattresses, premium, super comfy Broyhill furniture, a gourmet barbeque, a premium Denon sound system, two furnished patios for entertaining, high-speed internet service and a color printer in the furnished office, his and her spa robes for use in the heated pool with the tiled waterfall and the Jacuzzi that seats 12.
The layout is flexible for guests: there's a high-end King bed in the Master Suite (Sealy mattress with medium firmness), twins OR a queen in the second bedroom (you can choose depending on the length of your stay), and a micro-suede couch in the office that converts to a comfortable full-sized bed.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience as well as fine shopping and dining within walking distance. My kitchen is stocked with appliances, gadgets, and high-end steel cookware. You'll have everything you need to prepare and store gourmet meals.
This is a first floor, smoke-free unit with no stairs and large hallways and doorways. Covered parking is a few steps away from the front door.

Hi. My name is Erin and my husband Brad and I live with our son Luke in Scottsdale. We bought this condo a few years ago as a second home when we lived in Chicago. But now we live in Scottsdale permanently and rent our condo out to friends and family; we love it so much, we'd like to keep it forever. I would consider myself a vacation-rental connoisseur. I decorated this condo myself and paid close attention to every detail. No cheesy tourist stuff, only luxury and class. Having been a business traveler for years, I know the importance of comfort and quality. We spared no expense with this property and I invite you to come be our guests. You will love the two beautiful patios, the awesome floor plan, and the fantastic high-end beds we've supplied...not to mention the business set-up which has all of your office needs. Why the Owner Chose Ladera Vista
Ladera Vista is a lovely and quiet gated community with an awesome pool. I love the waterfall the most. We purchased this condo specifically because of the floor plan (open, spacious, circular energy), because all of the doorways and hallways are extra-wide for special-needs accessibility, and because of the total quiet and privacy of the actual location within the complex. Further, this unit is first floor with covered parking just steps away from the front door. No stairs or long walks. Just quiet convenience.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Our back patio has two rocking chairs and is nestled up against desert landscaping and a nearby fountain. It is the perfect place to enjoy coffee and the morning paper. The larger patio seats 8 comfortably for entertaining. Recent upgrades to the property include stainless steel appliances, warm custom southwest tile in the main living area, plush new pile carpeting in all the bedrooms, and new creamy colored paint throughout. You may choose your own configuration if you plan to stay with us for more than 2 months: you can have an office and a spare bedroom with two twins, or an office and a spare bedroom with a queen and another desk. Whatever you want, we'll set it up! And don't forget how close the complex is to all the golf courses, horse shows, and other great attractions. You'll absolutely love it.
