Fully furnished ranch style home. Very comfortable furnishings. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a large desk. Master bath has large shower and large soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds put together as a king bed but can easily be separated if you desire. Bedding is there for either configuration.
Large office has built in desk and built in Armoire with inflatable queen bed in case you want to have a 3rd bedroom. Great room has 50" LCD TV with a Bose surround sound system. Fully furnished large kitchen with a crafts area. Oversize 2 car garage 8 feet deeper than normal. Brand new electric golf cart is there for your use. You can use it to drive throughout the community as well as for golf. Whole house water purification system.
The back of the house is a fully covered area complete with table and plenty of chairs. Brand new built in BBQ island with huge 42" 3-part grill. Large water feature and gas fire pit round out the amenities. Some of the best views in the entire community are right here including outstanding sunsets.

We reside in Denver, CO and purchased the home to eventually retire to in a few years.
Why the Owner Chose Saddlebrooke
We've lived part time in the Tucson area for 9 years now and have never found a community as nice as Saddlebrooke. The amenities are many and the residents some of the friendliest folks we've met. We picked this home because of its outstanding views, quiet area and open floor plan.
