Jim & Ann Platt plus our Minature Schnauzer Amy Jo.. we live in Edina Minnesota and plan on retiring to Heritiag Highlands at some time in the future.
Our home is decorated as a "Home" with all the detailed ammenites.
We used a professional decorator and are very proud of the results and I am sure you will be too.
We are members of our Local Rotary and Chamber of Commerce
We would consider a small pet that would have to be confined when you are away.
We have never had a pet stay in our home!

This is an excellent area.. being from Minnesota we are familiar with the McMillians who developed this area.. they own Cargill which is the largest privately held company in the US and Cargill is headquartered in Minnesota.
We really enjoy the Location, Climate, Golf Course and of the residence at Heritiage Highlands.. it is a special place!
The Unique Benefits of this House
First we are skiiers and there is a ski area about 2 hours from our home at HH.. i.e. Mtn Lemmon.. not the Rockies but it will do in a Pintch.
We love golf .. sun .. and socializing .. the is great for that!
