I felt in love with St Maarten in 1992 and decided to build a magnificent villa overlooking the ocean in the Friendly Island to share the beauty of the Caribbean with a selected clientele.

I decided to build a villa in Les Jardins d'Orient bay because of its fantastic location. It is overlooking one of the most popular beach in St Maarten, facing Pinel Island, tintamare, Green Cay and the luxurious St Barth.
