This south facing rustic villa with panorama to mountains offers an exceptionally large garden with a wide variety of tropical plants, shaded balconies, pergolas, large swimming pool and Astro Turf tennis court. Spaciously sleeps eight to ten people. Separate to the main house there is a guest house which includes a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Quiet, yet less than ten minutes drive to beach, golf courses, equestrian centers, village amenities and within fifteen minutes drive to Marbella and Puerto Banus. A large number of highly recommended restaurants located nearby.
Reservation Deposit:
A 30% non refundable deposit of the total rental amount is required at time of booking, to secure your required week(s). The remaining balance (70%) is due 8 weeks prior to arrival and is also non refundable once payment has been made. If the full balance is not paid at this time, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and the reservation deposit will be forfeit. Bookings made within 8 weeks of the commencement date will require full payment. Bookings cannot be accepted from parties of people aged 18 or under.
Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit of 250 Euros for the first week, plus 50 Euros for every other extra week is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. This is refundable no later than fourteen days after the end of the rental period, assuming that no damage or breakages have occurred. In the event of any breakages or damage, a retention to cover our costs would be levied. Therefore the client agrees to pay for any breakages, losses or damage.
Please also note that there is no liability for travel cancellations, delays, personal injury, theft or loss of any kind. Therefore we advise all our guests to take out insurance cover for accident, travel and medical before arriving to the property.
The villa rental price is fully inclusive of water, electricity, pool & garden maintenance. Bath towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. All bedding linen is provided. A cleaner will clean the villa and make beds before your arrival.
