Surrounded by palms, tropical plants and fruit trees, Kaua‘i Dawn 2 Bedroom House & Studio Cottage, with its own Private Entrance and Parking is available only as a dual rental in this advertisement. Each unit shares the JACUZZI, Gas Grill, Washer/Dryer and Ethernet Direct Internet Connection. Each Unit has its own Cable TV with CD/DVD Player. Beach Chairs, Coolers, Boogie Boards, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella are provided. Optional rental of a Double Sea-Kayak and Surfboard for $25 a day. Stand UP Board w/ Lesson is an option.
There is no phone; cell phone coverage is excellent. The shared multi-level decking is designed in an open concept with chairs, tables and a Tiki bar at different levels & locations for group seating.
The nearest Beach, less than 1/4 mile below, is good for Swimming and Surfing.
Sleeps 4: The main house has 2 Bedrooms, Queen & Full Size Beds, a full bathroom with standup shower, living area, and a Fully Equipped Kitchen. All Kitchen Pots, Pans, Tableware, and linens are provided. The floors are wood to keep the heat at bay in this Non-Air conditioned house. The ceiling fans in every room, and the typical Ocean Breezes, keep this unit perfectly comfortable all year round.
Sleeps 2: The Studio Cottage is split into three areas for dining, sleeping, and a comfortable seating area for watching Television, reading, or browsing the Internet. The partial kitchen is equipped with a small Fridge, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Microwave, Toaster Oven, dishes, baking dishes and kitchen utensils. Any open flame cooking can be done outside on the Outdoor Gas Grill directly out the door where there is also a Washer & Dryer for your personal use. The full bathroom has a stand up Shower. The complete unit is tiled in slate to keep the heat at bay in this Non-Air conditioned cottage. The fan above the bed and the Ocean Breeze keep this cottage perfectly comfortable all year round. The room has a Queen Size Bed and plenty of closet and shelf space.

Why the Owner Chose Lihue
I love meeting new people and sharing my knowledge of the island, so I decided to select a home that had a cottage with it. I knew I could not manage a mortgage on Kauai so high but figured if I used my business sense and my enormous knowledge of Kauai I'd be able to open a vacation rental so I could share and also enjoy a great home in the process. I knew this would make it possible to be able to afford to live here also. The central location on the island became a lucky plus.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The benefits are enormous! Private, lovely setting; great private Jacuzzi, great cooking and dining areas outside. Excellent amenities such as Surboard, StandUp Board, Kayak, Beach Chairs, and nearby beach. The list goes on. Great place for the honeymooning couple and house for small wedding party.
