There are also sky lights and an immense amount of natural light.

This house is right across the street from where I grew up and where my mother still lives. We are very familiar with the neighborhood and know all the neighbors on a first name basis. It is "home".

Very close to Manhattan, without the noise and chaos. A wonderful ferry ride brings us to the heart of New York City and at the end of the day we can return to a country setting with beautiful views and a quiet nights' sleep.

Native Staten Islanders. We love NYC and realize staying in Manhattan can be quite expensive for families like ourselves. We decided to turn this house into a vacation rental so that coming to NYC would be more affordable for families of any size. We travel often and have 3 children and always look for a homey environment that we can afford. We would like to provide the same for others.
