One glance at the work of art that is Crickett Lane will certainly instill a feeling of beauty into visitors. Constructed with an edgy roof and adorned with massive light-inviting windows, this cabin is unique indeed — not only because of form, however, but because of situation as well...
The home sits on the inside of a large, lush grove, aptly descending into a beautiful pond. Approaching the site is made appealing by a wooden walkway, surrounded by a small flower garden. The wrap around porch clings to the lower walls of the home, creating a wonderful overlook of the grove from any angle.
Inside, a majestic stone fireplace sits watch over the rest of the vastly open central room. The den and kitchen are one, with no visible separation, offering light and comfort to any in the room. Adjacent to the room is a rustic, welcoming hallway leading to two cozy bedrooms. Hovering above the central room is an artful log catwalk, reached by the towering staircase along the naturally-finished walls.
The second floor offers an overlook area across the catwalk, as well as the beautiful master bedroom. The bedroom is large and open, with a king-sized bed and restroom all its own. However, this is no ordinary restroom — it is an edgy, sylvan work of art crowned by a raised jacuzzi and stained-glass window.
Such a wonderful work of art is certain to create a comfortable environment for any visitor — and with the Big South Fork River and Recreation Area being adjacent to its doorstep, will surely become an unequaled experience!

After an auto accident, my sister and I were checking out Station Horse Camp since I was going to purchase a trailer with sleeping quarters. THEN we saw the sign for Wilderness Resorts. No more new horse trailer, my husband and I bought land and created "our little corner of the world"
With the help of very patient Log Crafters, they survived my every whim and created my most loved cabin bordering the National Park. I know you will feel the love in every log and every corner of the cabin.

We spent Thanksgiving at Crickett Lane and could not have been happier. The cabin is even more beautiful than pictured. The hot tub, the indoor swing with the view out the great windows, and the cozy fireplace made us not even want to leave the cabin. Thanks for a wonderful family weekend!

Having grown up in this area, spending most my life riding horses and exploring the Big South Fork, I have seen and enjoyed much of what this beautiful place has to offer. Of all the lodging and camping facilities in the area, I've found nothing to compare to the beauty of Crikett Lane! The cabin is so unique, and has EVERYTHING one could possibly imagine! In addition to the seclusion and luxury the home and the barn provide, the location, in my opinon, is the best in the entire park. For anyone who loves nature, especially exploring the wilderness with their horses, Crikett Lane is a must!!!
