Casita San Pancho, designed by award-winning architect Luis Ruis, hosts an open-air full kitchen and dining/living area covered by a palapa (palm) roof.
The enclosed bedroom hosts an adjacent, private garden sitting area with an ample open air bathroom. The bedroom has a king size bed donned with down pillows and fine linens, Mexican décor, remote controlled air conditioner and satellite television.
Prepare a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen, or take a short evening stroll only one block away to the fine Argentinean cuisine at Costa Azul's most prestigious restaurants, Mar Plata.
The entire property is privately walled in with a locked, private entrance separating the casita from Casa San Francisco (the main villa), an exquisite two-bedroom home located on the same property (see listing #94153). Although independent from one another, Casa San Francisco and Casita San Pancho can be rented together as a 3 bedroom villa - inquire about rates and more information.
