This was a great place to stay with our family... they had everything needed for cooking, playing & relaxing. (We’ve rented quite a few vacation homes and this one is at the top of our list) The beautiful beach was practically vacant the entire time. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. We were within walking distance of quaint shops and restaurants and a short drive to the theme parks. We are definitely staying again!

The house was huge (much larger than the pictures showed). Absolutely beautiful. Perfect location. The white sandy beach was right off the pool area. Everything was of top quality. The house was clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a PERFECT beach house. We will definitely stay here again!

This was an awesome property. The photos and descriptions do not do it justice. It is even better, a recently built property. King beds in three of the four bedrooms. A spacious master suite. Having a pool was especially nice as we had three children seven and under in our party. Top notch finishes and appliances. Ample outdoor seating. Seal Beach is an excellent community. I would enthuastically recommend this property to a friend or relative.

This is a wonderful house, modern, plenty of room for a big group, the location is so convenient. The outside pool, hot tub is marvelous and the beach is just right there. Just perfect for our family gathering.

This home has it all. I mean from the beds, to the bathrooms. It's a unbleivable experience and worth every dollar. I was able to contact the owner direct with any questions I had and he was Johnny on the spot.

My husband and I have done extensive travelling in many different countries. We enjoy staying in nice places and this rental did not disappoint. We visited this property May 22 to 31 along with our extended family and had an amazing time. We loved having a pool and at the same time being so close to the ocean. The location is great and really close to the main street with a few shops and restaurants. We never wanted to leave the house. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking dinner almost every night. The beds were very comfortable. The entire house was clean and comfortable. My parents got the master suite and we were all jealous as it is amazing, great views and a beautiful bathroom. We gathered there for coffee in the morning, not a bad way to start the day. Overall, we had a great time and would love to go back. I can't see why anyone would have any complaints with this rental.
