Cable and a 50-inch HD television with DVD player in the den, an HD TV in the master bedroom, and a TV/VCR combo in the third bedroom (complete with kids' video collection) for your entertainment. Internet access provided. All-new appliances and a fully equipped kitchen.
Linens provided. It sleeps eight, or is the perfect golfing foursome for guys or gals with four comfortable beds. Security system provided. Two-car garage. Local phone service.
You'll have access to three swimming pools (one of which is heated in the wintertime), a basketball gym, tennis courts and walking/biking trails. We even have two adult bikes and two girls bikes for your personal use!
Mariners Spring Training 2011 will be February 27th through March 30th, so book your week now before they are ALL GONE!
$1000 per week, $1800 for two weeks and $3,000 per month. $1500 per week in March. Ask about the special promotion for May and June!

Why the Owner Chose Peoria
We live in Olympia, Washington but we love the hot dry, weather of Arizona which is so perfect for golfing, biking, and hiking. We're also baseball fans, so the 20-minute drive to the Peoria Sports Complex is an added bonus.
