The two story residence is located along a quiet street that dead ends on the Florida Bay. The home is located along a canal that provides access to the Florida Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. The property is located a few hundred feet south of the Adams Waterway in Key Largo at Mile Marker 102 across from John Pennekamp Park. The home is configured with one-bedroom upstairs and one bed-room downstairs. The unit each can sleep up to 4 in each. The couch pulls out upstairs and the downstairs is equipped with a futon. We chose this area because of the location. When you come out of the canal to the left you have the Florida Bay, which has some of the best shallow water fishing in the world. If you come out to the right you have access to John Pennekamp Park via Adams waterway and the Atlantic Ocean.
