The house has a large kitchen & living room area with adjoining lanai w/pool & hot tub in the center of the house and private master suite w/ walk-in closet & master bath to the far end of the house. The formal dining room looks out on screened-in lanai w/pool and view of golf course. The screened lanai is furnished with lounge chairs, dining tables, umbrellas and an outdoor gas grill.
Golfers rave about Naples Heritage's par 72 championship golf course with driving range and putting greens as well as recently renovated club house. For tennis players, the community has 4 lighted courts. In addition to fine dining, the clubhouse provides a large state-of-the-art fitness center with free weights & machines, personal training and classes as well as a large outdoor pool and hot tub.

Small business owner, reside just outside of San Francisco, CA. Property has been used as a vacation rental for last 4 years and has had many repeat renters who enjoy both the house and the community.

We enjoy this house so much because it's bright and sunny, convenient to downtown Naples and the beaches , plus the grounds, golf course and club house are the best in the area. Most of our renters come back year after year. We hope you decide to come to Naples and stay at our home.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The house is on one level, and very spacious. It's a great house for just a couple or the whole family and wonderful kitchen for cooking and entertaining at the same time. We love having the private pool and hot tub and it's ideal for me to be able to go off on my own in the den and work if I need to and not be distracted with any other activity going on in the house or on the lanai.
