This house has vaulted beamed ceilings, sand-colored tile floors, and original architecture that is becoming rare but much desired. This is a HOUSE, not a condo or unit.
The decor is inviting yet elegantly tropical. Palms grace this home from inside and out, from the mature Palms that surround the patio overlooking the sound to the palm tree dinnerware. With its many windows, views of the water and palm trees are captured from most every room! Upon entering the front door into the large sunroom, the water and tropical palms are already in sight.
This is also the Location, Location, Location!
Walk from my house to restaurants, shops and nightlife! You can take the umbrella and chairs just steps over to the Gulf or sit in the yard under the Palms and enjoy a book. Lots of beach toys are there for you to enjoy.
This wonderful home is usually owner occupied, so the VRBO calendar is not used. Please call for availability. Pet friendly to those couples who have well behaved four legged company! However, you must include a pet request in your inquiry if you have a pet.
As this is home and not a rental house, it is not available for parties and we ask inquiries only come from responsible adults.
