This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit was completely remodeled in 2009. It is a top floor corner unit in the Las Flores Tower of the gated Coronado Shores luxury beach community. Floor to ceiling windows provide views of the beach, the ocean, the Coronado Bridge, the Coronado Yacht Club, the Golf Course, Glorietta Bay and San Diego.
Because you will be staying with us for a minimum of 4 weeks, we provide weekly housekeeping service.
There are 4 flat panel TV’s in the unit: living room, master bedroom, second bedroom and master bath. DVD players are located in the living room and the second bedroom. Wireless high-speed cable Internet with wireless printer/copier/fax is available in the unit.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with premium KitchenAid and Cuisinart appliances, wine cooler, cookware and place settings for eight.
The living/dining room with its floor to ceiling sliding glass doors has a sofa, chairs, and a dining table for six. It has a 46” HDTV with surround sound and stereo.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a view of Glorietta Bay. The master bath has a Bain Ultra bathtub, two sinks, and a steam shower.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds with a view of Glorietta Bay. The bathroom has a shower, two sinks, washer and dryer.
One garage parking space is provided. Permit parking within gated community as available.
The Coronado Shores resort complex is located on the Pacific Ocean, next to the Hotel Del Coronado. The ten high-rise buildings have a staffed gated entry, 24-hour doormen and video security. The Health Club features a fitness center and saunas and jacuzzis. There are eight tennis courts and 4 swimming pools with hot tubs. Gas BBQ's are located in the pool area. The clubhouse has a bar with an outdoor veranda facing the beach.
Coronado Shores is the perfect place for a vacation. Walk to the beach and restaurants. Rent a bicycle and explore Coronado.
