From this condo you are able to walk to the Salty Dog cafe and other
restaurants at South Beach. THE BEACH IS 2 MINUTES away, so no need to drive.
At the beach, you can lie in the sun, watch the sunrise and sunsets, go
fishing or go crabing and watch the dolphins.
Also, 2 minute walk to the pool facilities (included in rental), tennis courts
(1 hour free court time included in rental) and the South Beach Marina, which
offers fine dining, shopping, nightly entertainment, and numerous water
activities (deep-sea fishing, kayaking, sunset cruises, jet skiing, and kids
cruises).
The condominium unit has a fully equipped kitchen and a great living area
(40" LCD TV and blue-ray player with Wi-Fi access to Netflix (free). Free High-
Speed Internet Service is also included. A king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size
sleeper sofa in the living area makes the unit an ideal place for a family of
four. The unit comes with pool privileges and use of the tennis club (1-hour of
court time daily).
The unit comes with all linens (except for the sofa bed), departure cleaning
service is included, and a full-service management company to make your trip the most
pleasant and hassle-free vacation you can and should expect. The rental fee
does not include a 11% tax and $10 car pass for the Sea Pines area. Otherwise, there are no additional fees.

As usual, we had a great time.....we just love your condo and how convenient it is to everything we love to do! This is the second time we have stayed here and we will continue to do so. Once we found this great condo, with a super location, why would we look or go anywhere else? My husband and I have stayed both times by ourselves, but we are going to take our sons next year with us. Even though it is a one bedroom, there is a sleeper sofa and the condo is comfortable and big enough for all four of us. It is walking distance to the beach, pool, Salty Dog and other South Beach Marina shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this condo!!!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
