Living Room Area - Hilton Head, Sea Pines, SC - South Carolina Resort Rental NEW RENOVATED KITCHEN/BATHROOM AND LIVING ROOM FREE HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE This 1 BR condominium unit, located in the South Beach area of the Sea Pines Resort area of Hilton Head Island, has had a complete renovation to the Kitchen (new appliances and cabinets), bathroom (new shower/tub/cabinets/lighting) and living room (new carpet/furniture). My wife and I and our two boys love this unit, because it is a two minute walk to the beach, pool facilities, tennis club, bicycle rentals, and the South Beach Marina, which offers fine dining, shopping, nightly entertainment, and numerous water activities (deep-sea fishing, kayaking, sunset cruises, jet skiing, and kids cruises). Within the exclusive Sea Pines Plantation are the best beaches in the Southeast, many miles of bike/walkways, shopping, fishing in lagoons, and boat/sailing rentals. The condominium unit has a fully equipped kitchen and a great living area (new large-size TV and VCR/DVD combo unit, cable TV, and CD player and free High-Speed Internet Service). A king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper in the living area makes the unit an ideal place for a family of four. The unit comes with pool privileges and use of the tennis club (1-hour of court time daily). The unit comes with all linens (except for sofa bed), departure cleaning service, and a full-service management company to make your trip the most pleasant and hassle-free vacation you can and should expect. The rental fee does not include a 11% tax. Otherwise, there are no additional fees.
