  This was my second time here,Alex has become a friend,hes great to do business with. The pictures on here are accurate,and the room is clean. If its your first time planning on coming here you really dont need a car,,also go to South Beach Magazine.com it will show you all the clubs,dining,addresses,ect.

  This was a great condo to stay in. I went for a few days and highly recommend it to anyone. Condo is fully equipped with everything you need. The room was clean and it was exactly what we expected. Owner was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. Highly recommended!

  Excellent location! A quiet spot in Collins Avenue, everything is nearby, shops and restaurants, easy access to everywhere in Miami Beach by bus or taxi. The apartment is excellent too, with fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. It's right on the beach and there's a gas station and a Seven Eleven just across the street. I would recommend this property to everyone going to Miami Beach.

  I enjoyed my stay there,Alex was a very good person to deal with. The staff at the hotel were great,,almost feel like family to me now.Theres a 711 right across the street,,and on Colins street,,you have evry place to wine and dine,, I will return there again, I do believe it will be several times,, Its a must place to stay.

  My girlfriends and I stayed in this apartment during Miami Carnival this past October. We all came in at different times, but Alain was VERY accomodating and very nice. The apartment looks EXACTLY like the pictures. It is located on the northern side of the very popular Collins Avenue, just minutes away from South beach. Valet is very efficient, We never had any problems getting our car parked. I would DEFINITELY stay here again and recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a clean, spacious room, conveniently located with a VERY reasonable rate. Thank you Alain for your hospitality and for allowing us to stay at your condo. We hope to do business again with you soon ;)

  Fuimos dos amigas las q nos acomodamos en el apartamento, nos fue excelente. Alain y Alexander son unas personas muy amables. El apartamento esta enfrente de la playa con una vista parcial preciosa del mar. Muy limpio, cómodo y bastante completo, tanto en cocina como en los accesorios del apto. El apto cuenta con sillas para la playa y Alexander nos brindo una sombrilla de playa. A dos cuadras està el supermercado PUBLIX y la farmacia WALGREENS, enfrente una tienda de conveniencia 7eleven con gasolinera. Lo super recomiendo.   Tuvimos una gran experiencia El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y con todo de primer nivel. Tanto sábanas, toallas, limpieza y todos sus implementos realmente nuevos. El edificio tiene piscina, salida directa a la playa y los valet paking muy atentos Realmente, fueron unas vacaciones increibles

  Clean, right on the beach, everything was just the way it is presented in this ad. And the guys who rent it out are very punctual and professional (and nice).

  Property listing description and great reviews are absolutely correct. Condo is very clean, cozy, well maintained and perfectly located on the beach. Alexander is professional and friendly owner. All arrangements went easily and smoothly. We also loved the way Casablanca staff treats its guests as well as 24x7 security in this renovated hotel. Area has plenty of cafes & restaurans, supermarkets, etc. We already recommended this property to our friends.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  viajamos a miami con una amiga y nos hospedamos en el apartamento de alexander estuvimos muy comodas y fueron muy amables, tanto alexander como su hermano el apartamento esta bien ubicado, luminoso, tiene una piscina y ademas tiene salida al mar esta bien equipado esta muy bien

  We stayed there 1 week. The hotel is located close to the beach and has a big pool. If you want to go to South Beach you have to use your car. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very friendly and replied on any questions realy fast.

  The property was clean and well maintained. The owners were available if needed. Nice to have laundry facilities. The beach was beautiful with a nice walking path for miles. Location is prime and with free parking you can not beat this price.

  Our stay was everything we could ask for! The room was great had everything we needed. Overall an excellent stay. I can't wait to go back! The service was great very friendly. The transaction for the room was very easy. Wonderful for all types of peolpe.

  I would like to thank congratulate alexander for this amazing apartment . I went there a couple of weeks ago for my bday and I enjoyed like a was in a 5 stars hotel . this apartment has a great view of the beach and collins ave as well, inside it is very comfortable and quite . it's perfectly located that we didnt even use our car. it has very nice pool ,so closed to the beach . we had a pleasure to meet alexander's brother ,( very nice guy, and cuban like me ).it was one of my best vacations ever ,and I'm gonna come back next summer .... thanks alexander ....

  We recently stayed at this condo and it was great. The transaction was easy and the owner is very nice. He replies quickly to any inquiry you have. The condo is like a hotel room with a kitchen great for saving some money in the expensive Miami. We had been to Miami many times but never stayed in the Northern part of South Beach. We know have two little ones and this place was perfect. The beach area is very family friendly and the hotel. The parking is great because it's free except for the tips to the valet service but it's way better than paying 18 a day for parking, most places in Miami charge a parking fee. There is many restaurants close to this condo and other attractions to see. This was my first time using the homeaway website and it was great will use again.

  I just came home from my trip to Florida and stayed in this unit. It was really a great place. We had a car, but it was not necessary because the bus is totally accessable! The beach was very nice and clean. We really liked how it was not as busy and crazy as some other beaches. We did visit South Beach one afternoon and had a blast, but we were very happy to come back to our beach! The beach also had alot of shells, very cool for kids to pick up and bring home! The room was perfect, everything we needed! We just went to the grocery store down the street and got lunch meat and breakfast foods. We would make a bagel and go eat it on the beach! So fun! The closet is huge and held three girls clothes! The room was very clean. Alex was very tenative. I was able to call him if ever I needed anything! I really enjoyed my stay and would totally recommend this apartment! I am already planning on the next time I can come out!

  The appartment is well located on the beach, it has public transportation at the building to south beach and the airport. That was one huge plus!! The flat itself is comfortable and has an absolutely adequate inlay. The kitchen is great, and the beach is quiet and a dream. There is also a supermarket 3 blocks away, what was very useful. Alexander is very nice and took care of everything very well. So in general: A very nice trip to Miami in a very nice appartment!! Thanks Alex

  I am very satisfied with the days I stayed at the apartment. The owner was very responsible, honors what he offered and more. The apartment itself was nice, confortable, clean and had all what I and my family needed. Also well located, with an excellent access to beaches and a HUGE pool !!.
