WELCOME
We invite you to stay in our single-family home in Rio Verde, AZ. Our home is fully furnished on a well-maintained corner lot with fruit trees and mature Saguaro cactus. Here you can enjoy golf on one of five golf courses. Available for your use at Rio Verde's Community Center is a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, library and fitness center. Walking and biking are popular activities as well as just relaxing and watching the sunset over the beautiful Sonoran Desert. Rio Verde has a community church, a post office and a small business district.
MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS
The master bedroom features a King Size pillow top bed with two side tables & lamps. There is a matching chest of drawers and TV. All beds are outfitted with mattress pads and two sets of sheets and pillow cases. We have many blankets for all beds and extra pillows should you need them. The patio door opens to the covered portion of our wrap-around patio.
The master bath has a full-size stand up shower (glass enclosed), a large vanity with two sinks, and a walk-in closet.
GUEST BEDROOM AND BATH HIGHLIGHTS
The guest bedroom is outfitted with two Twin Size beds, a night stand with lamp, a chest of drawers with lamp and a wicker chair. This bedroom has private access to the common bath. A pocket door in the hallway closes the bathroom off from the rest of the house if you choose.
The bathroom has a bath tub with shower and a single vanity.
KITCHEN - EATING AREA & PATIO HIGHLIGHTS
The fully furnished kitchen with vaulted ceiling has a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the door, dishwasher and range with two ovens (one self-cleaning). The kitchen also has a coffee maker, toaster, blender and a garbage disposal. We have complete service for eight in our dishes, glassware, silverware; serving pieces, complete cooking and baking utensils.
The eating area off the kitchen has a table with six chairs and a patio door to the open portion of the patio. Here you will find a gas grill, a chiminea, a glass-top table and four matching chairs, and extra chairs as well.
LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The living room with a vaulted ceiling has loveseats, chairs, ottomans, end tables and coffee table, lamps, entertainment center with TV and DVR, wood-burning fireplace and a patio door to the covered portion of the wrap-around patio.
TWO CAR ATTACHED GARAGE AND LAUNDRY AREA
The two car attached garage has a garage door opener and many storage cupboards for your use. Just inside from the garage is a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a pantry for extra food storage space.
LOCATION
Rio Verde is just 8 1/2 mils northeast into the Sonoran Desert from Fountain Hills where you will find wonderful grocery stores, gas stations, other shopping and dining and churches.
