Beautiful Charleston is only a short 20 minute drive away for sight-seeing opportunities, shopping excursions, cultural experiences and world class restaurants. The Isle of Palm Marina is located just 5 minutes away and offers ecological tours as well as fishing, boating and water sport activities.
The First Floor is window filled which allows for a bright and airy atmosphere. It has a beautiful wrap around screened in porch with lots of seating and hard wood floors throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar; screened in porch with dining area off the kitchen which overlooks the lagoon; Dining room; Family room, which has a queen sleeper sofa, fireplace, Flat Screen HDTV, DVD and ipod dockable stereo system. A Guest Room with queen size bed and full bath is located on the first floor.
The Second Floor also has an open wrap around porch. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, Flat Screen HDTV, and DVD player. The Master bath has a jacuzzi tub with a walk in shower. The upstairs Guest Room features two twin beds, a private bath, TV and DVD player. The Guest Room also has its own private deck overlooking the lagoon.
Wireless internet access is easily accessible throughout the house.
