Ann and I moved to the beach the townhouse on Manasota Key (Englewood, Florida) from Cincinnati, Ohio in 2002. We enjoyed our Englewood experience so much we decided to build a new home in nearby Boca Royale Golf and Country Club. We've kept the beach townhome as a comfortable destination where family and friends can stay when they travel to Florida for a visit. Over the years, Englewood became a regular vacation destination for our children (Erik, Carl, Kristin and Julie), their spouses and friends. Grandson Ethan loves to play with new friends he meets at the beach each year. He's also become a confident fisherman. A 2-hour trip to Disney World in Orlando is a perfect day-trip for the family. There's just too many off-island options to list them all. Our children are now purchasing their own Florida homes. Carl's in Tampa, Kristin has a home in Port Charlotte and Julie lives in nearby Sarasota. Florida's now more than a vacation destination for our family and we're happy to have them close by. So now our family townhome on the beach is more available. We hope you and your friends and your family will come and enjoy the amenities. You'll love the extra room offered by three master suites, plus a full gourmet kitchen. When you cross the bridge onto Manasota Key, we know you'll experience the thrill we felt when we first visited this little piece of "old Florida" on the Gulf of Mexico.
