Four Sea Suns is a beautifully finished, luxurious, smaller home with spectacular unobstructed beach and gulf views. Although it is not gulf front, it could almost be, with the large open view of the beach and the beach access just steps away. This is one of the few, smaller single family homes that are available for a small family or 2 couples.
The beach is wide, low density and pet-friendly and you can walk for miles in either direction.
There are 2 decks that overlook the beach and gulf. The master bedroom, with queen bed, TV and beautifully tiled bath is located on its own upstairs. A second bedroom is located on the main floor and has a trundle bed that can be made up as two twin beds or a king-sized bed. It also has a private bath.
The home has a well equipped kitchen, full laundry facilities and a lovely open living area, with cathedral ceilings, hardwood and tile floor. The living room has a new HDTV and VCR/DVD player. This home is really beautiful, with tiled showers, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It was built in 2005 and kept in great condition.
There is a private outdoor shower and a fish cleaning station. There are charcoal and gas grills for when you would like to dine in and just sit and watch the beautiful beach and gulf. There is a covered deck and open sundeck, reached via a spiral staircase.
Four Sea Suns is located close to Money Bayou which is a fresh water inlet that you can explore from the beach. It provides great opportunity for the children to catch crabs or play away from the surf. The famous Indian Pass Raw Bar, is just down the road, where you can dine on oysters and other seafood and help yourself to a drink from it’s self serve cooler.
Golf is but a few miles away, there are 4 boat ramps within 15 miles and more than two dozen restaurants within 20 miles.

Why the Owner Chose Indian Pass
This location is unique to Northwestern Florida. The surf is gentle and quiet, but the rougher surf of Cape San Blas is only a mile a way and one of the most beautiful parks in America is nearby at the tip of Cape San Blas. It is not crowded like the heavily populated condo resort areas. We describe the area as being in the country but right on the Gulf! This is a natural wonder and the people are incredibly friendly -- even the Northerners like us that come down, quickly become more relaxed. The fishing is world class 12 months out of the year and this home is on the Gulf but a 5 minute drive to the bay(s). And the stars are incredible! They look as if you are in Wyoming with almost no background light. This is a family place even if you are single. The beach is wide, low density and pet-friendly and you can walk for miles in either direction. The area offers miles of secluded, shell-strewn beaches, with a vast array of eco excursions.
The Unique Benefits at this House
This is a nearly new home, having been built in 2005 and first rented in July 2008. Four Sea Suns is a beautifully finished, luxurious, smaller home with spectacular unobstructed beach and gulf views. This is a first tier home with a large open view of the beach and the beach access just steps away. This is one of the few, smaller single family homes that are available for a small family or 2 couples. There are 2 decks that overlook the beach and gulf. The master bedroom, with queen bed, TV and beautifully tiled bath is located on its own upstairs. A second bedroom is located on the main floor and has a trundle bed that can be made up as two twin beds. It also has a private bath. The home has a well equipped kitchen, full laundry facilities and a lovely open living area, with cathedral ceilings, hardwood and tile floor. The living room has a TV and VCR/DVD player. This home is really beautiful, with tiled showers, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is a private outdoor shower and a fish cleaning station. There are charcoal and gas grills for when you would like to dine in and just sit and watch the beautiful beach and gulf. There is a covered deck and open sundeck, reached via a spiral staircase. The home is pet friendly. Four Sea Suns is located close to Money Bayou which is a fresh water inlet that you can explore from the beach that provides great opportunity for the children to catch crabs or play away from the surf. The home is less than a mile to the famous Indian Pass Raw Bar, where you can dine on oysters and other seafood and help yourself to a drink from its self serve cooler. Golf is but a few miles away, there are 4 boat ramps within 15 miles and more than two dozen restaurants within 20 miles.
One of the few fresh water resources feeding into the Gulf! Enjoy an easy kayak trip up the bayou or use our nets to grab some crabs for dinner!
Owner's Map of Indian Pass
We are from the very land locked mid west but never enjoyed the lake experience. Over 15 years ago we discovered the Panhandle of Florida and we returned every year, sometimes twice. We finally decided to put down roots here and hope to use this home as our family's retreat where we can all meet together. We hope you will find this home a warm and inviting place for you and yours.

Just returned home from our trip to Indian Pass, and I wish we could have stayed longer! The house was awesome, perfect for two couples or a small family. Very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equiped. We had a great view of fireworks in both directions from the top front porch on July 4th. There was plenty of room on the beach and the dogs had a blast swimming in the ocean. If you stay anywhere in Indian Pass you MUST visit the Indian Pass Raw Bar. It's 1.5 miles down the road from this house. The food was amazing, but the live music and local characters made it such a fun experience. It's a very casual place with self-serve beer on an honor system. The area is secluded and private, but there is a big, nice grocery store in Port Saint Joe and a liquor/beer store on US 98 on the way to town. Warning... you won't have cell phone service, but that didn't bother me a bit!
Owner response:We are so glad that you enjoyed Four Sea Suns and the Forgotten Coast! Thank you for your wonderful comments. Our hope is that Four Sea Suns becomes the preferred vacation home for all of our guests. Please be sure and let us know when you want to come and visit again. And let us know how we can improve your experience. P.S. our daughter used her smart phone easily, but regular cell phone service is spotty by the water, good closer to Port St. Joe. Mike and Margie

Our stay at Four Sea Suns was great. We have stayed in many houses on the panhandle in the past 20 years and this was our favorite. The beach view is wonderful and access is convenient. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to this area.

I wanted to get back with you about our stay with you at your lovely home on Money Bayou. We just loved the Ocean practically out our front door and my husband really enjoyed the non-commercialism of the area. We did eat at the Oyster shack! The home was so well decorated. We drove to Panama City one day and came to a new appreciation for your area. Highly recommend Four Sea Suns!

We have just begun our rental experience with Four Sea Suns and so many of the comments from the priod owners are not on this website. You can see the comments from prior visitors to Four Sea Suns at gulfbeachhouse dot com which is our own webpage. We would like to put them up here but can't figure out how to do it! Thanks for considering us.
