Ariel Dunes II is a new luxury high rise condominium with 24 floors in beautiful Seascape Resort. Amenities include 2000 feet of white sandy beaches with beach service available, 18 hole championship golf course, 8 tennis courts, three large pools and more.
My condo is on the fifth floor and is centrally located near the elevators. My balcony overlooks the pools with a southwesterly view of the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful sunsets. The beach is just a stroll down the resort walkway where you can enjoy lots of white sand and emerald green water of one of the top 10 beaches in the world.
The living room includes overstuffed furniture and a flat screen TV with DVD player. DVD rentals are available on the premises. The sofa converts to a queen size bed. The kitchen with granite breakfast bar is fully stocked with cook ware and utensils for eating in. Ceilings are 9' and include ceiling fans. The bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and TV with DVD player. The bathroom has a full size tub, and stacked washer and dryer. There is a half bath attached to the master bedroom as well.

Why the Owner Chose Ariel Dunes II
I purchased my condo in beautiful Seascape Resort because it offered a total vacation experience all in one place. We have 2000 feet of beautiful beach plus a great golf course, tennis club and three large pools.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
I chose my condo on the 5th floor because it was the highest floor one bedroom that still had an extended balcony for plenty of room to lounge outside and enjoy the ocean breezes while we watch the sunset each evening. Although there is only one bedroom, the queen sized sleeper sofa and bunk area with two twin beds gives us plenty of room for the whole family. Downstairs there is a workout room and sauna, and the Cabana Cafe next door is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night. There's also a bar overlooking the pool and a coffee shop. It's really a dream vacation spot.

My husband and I are private pilots, so although we live in Texas, we can fly to the Destin Airport, just 7.5 miles from Seascape Resort, and be enjoying the pure white sand on the beach in about three and a half hours. We love it!
