  We had a great time. The house is very comfortable and it was easy to go to Sonoma or to San Francisco. To San Francisco you cross the Golden Gate Bridge every time!! We especially liked that the house is very well suited for families with kids, with boy’s and girl’s rooms. Another thing we liked was the supermarket very nearby and the shopping center just 5 minutes further away with the Target, Costco and Sport’s Authority.

  This home in Novato was perfect for our families needs. We had plenty of space for 11 adults. The house was clean and well cared for. It also has a great location in a very nice neighborhood, located close to grocery stores and anything else you'd need. We loved our stay there, and would do so again if we need a home in the area. It was way better than staying in a hotel, where you can't really interact with everyone. We loved it.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  Located n a quite street close in Novato which is close to stores and the sites. For us it was for a family gathering. The house is well maintained and nicely decorated. We appreciated the hair dryers in each bathroom, plenty of towels, shampoo and conditioner in the showers, soap and paper products already in place. Met the owner, who was very kind and gracious. They'd even left a welcome basket of snacks on the kitchen counter. Thank you.

  For the hefty price we expected a higher quality, cleaner, better maintained place. If all you need is a lot of sleeping capacity and a pool (heated at your expense during cooler weather when the sun isn't enough) then you might be happy. We weren't. The owners are nice enough and tried to make amends but if we had seen the house first hand, rather than relying on the website, we never would have rented it.

  Owner response: My wife and I went out of our way to accomodate this guest. within our 1st conversation, we knew we could not statisfy them. I offered to heat the pool at no charge. Then we offered to move them to a nearby Hotel and refund their 100% of their payment. They accepted the heating of the pool but did not want to move. We always strive to create a GREAT experience for our guests!! All of our reviews past and future is reflective of our effort. Ron and Kelly

  I recently stayed here with 6 of my friends during our visit to the Audi Sportscar Experience. As the five star rating evidences, our stay was great. The house is very nice, spacious and has all the appointments that we needed. However, I want to hightlight that the prompt, professional and kind treatment that we received from Ron and Kelly throughout our stay. Their support was the best feature and is the reason we will stay here again without hesitation the next time we are in the area.

  We stayed here during our recent family vacation. The owners are very hospitable, checking in with us during our stay to ensure we had all we needed. The house itself is lovely, spacious, and very comfortable. Everyone loved the pool and we made use of it daily. The town of Novato has all the basic necessities, including nearby grocery and dining. Our favorite feature of this home is its proximity to all the best features of the San Fransisco area. It sits central between San Fransisco, Sonoma, and Six Flags: Discovery Kingdom giving everyone something to enjoy within a reasonable drive. We had a blast and hope to return to the Bay Area again someday soon!

  This house was perfect for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for six adults and three children, and all of the rooms were very comfortable. We all loved playing in the pool. The location of the house was great - close to wine country and San Francisco, with nearby supermarkets, shopping and restaurants, and walking distance from a park for the kids. The owners were wonderful - very responsive and helpful. My father left his cell phone charger at the home, and they were kind enough to track it down and mail it to us. Would definitely stay here again!

  My husband & I rented this great house to bring our 4 children and their families all together for a family vacation. We were from Colorado, Ohio & Oregon and we had a BLAST reconnecting in the spacious, well-equipped house. We loved the pool (especially the safety gate for our little ones!) and enjoyed checking out Fisherman's Wharf, Muir Woods, beach and wine country. All within a short drive (which was great for the kids.) There were 9 adults and 2 little ones and we had a big table to all eat together (and play games), great beds and the laundry room was a blessing. All features (from the landscaping, furniture, linens, to the kitchen dishes) were very nice. It would be nice to have screens on all the windows so that everyone felt comfortable to leave the windows open to enjoy the night breeze. Ron & Kelly were very accomodating with our requests and we would definetely recommend this house to stay at! Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!

  This was a wonderful house for our family reunion that consisted of six adults and four children. The house is roomy and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, as well. We loved the fruit trees and flowers in the garden and our East Coast children had fun picking the lemons and making lemonade. The boys, 9 and 10 spent a lot of time in the pool as did the rest of us. The best thing of all was the proximity to so many of the Bay area attractions. San Francisco, Muir Woods Stinson Beach, Napa Valley were all within an hour's driving distance. We really appreciated the welcoming basket of wine and snacks and Kelly was quick to attend to a minor problem. We would certainly whole heartedly recommend this house!
