Still Talking About the Best Vacation Ever!

I chose "Aqua Vista" to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday with our family and friends. The overwhelming excitement of our visit began as we opened door to this absolutely beautiful vacation home! The accomodations and aminities were 2nd to none. The kitchens were fully stocked with everything needed to cook, bake, and entertain. The apartment was our man cave where all the boys hung out utilizing the garage for rigging our fishing poles and having the kitchen right there to use for grilling in the "courtyard," while the girls did there thing in the other parts of the house. Seacreast Beach is beautiful as is the view of the pool and the architecture of the surrounding homes. Having the bikes available for the kids and adults to enjoy the shopping and sightseeing along "30A" was a plus. If you fish, be sure to go to St. Andrews State Park and fish the jetty. The only regret we had on this vacation was having to leave after one week. I would definitely recommend this to be a 2 week plus vacation. Thank you to the owners of this property for making this a vacation of a lifetime, not only for me but my wife, our family and friends! Would I tell a friend? Absolutely! THIS IS FLORIDA AT ITS BEST!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

The house itself was very nice and everything was as it had been advertised inside. There is a large table that enabled us to all eat together. The extremely large TV screen and the sound system were enjoyable. I do wish I had known about the high wall located between the house and the pool. It made me feel closed in and it ruined the view. The houses are closer than I like giving a crowded feel to the area. The community in general is pleasant and the beach and pool are wonderful. The close proximity to the Rosemary shops was a plus. Our landlady was most kind and helpful.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

This is the best house we have ever rented! Huge home with lots of room to entertain. Also, sits directly on a huge pool. My kids as well as my parents loved the convenience of the house in relation to the beach, pool, restaurants on 30A, as well as the relaxed atmosphere the house provides. It is right next to the overpriced Rosemary beach. We forgot our bikes at home, luckily the owners have complimentary bikes to use. We will definitely return again and again. As a matter of fact we have already booked for next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities.

My wife and I spent the week with our adult daughters, their spouses & children plus our teenage daughter & 3 of her friends. The house is super clean, sits on the pool & is very well equipped. The beach is a reasonable walk or you can take the complimentary shuttle. Very nice area for biking or walking. Beach-chic restaurants in riding or walking distance.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
