Ground floor: Living room, dining area for 6 people, well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and microwave oven. Bedroom-1 with two single beds, bathroom, private backyard and also a green area in front of the house. Washing machine in separate room in the backyard.
First floor: Main bedroom with double bed (queen size) and direct access to own balcony. Large walk-in closet and a bathroom with tub. Bedroom-3 with space for three and direct access to a terrace pointing towards the swimming pool and the sea.
Air condition in all bedrooms and also in the living room. Space for 7 guests in total.
This is probably the nicest and most modern rental solution in Playa El Agua area.

I have been living in Isla Margarita for several years, married to a Venezuelan woman. We lived in the house for 6 months with our two young kids and found it safe and relaxing. Due to school and work, we are now back in my home country Norway. I know Isla Margarita very well from my work within rentals and real estate, and have valuable contacts in the island. I can provide positive references from clients that rented the townhouses.
Why the Owner Chose El Agua
I found Playa El Agua to be a nice area for tourism in the island. We rented the house for 2 months before we decided to buy it. I saw the opportunity to keep it as an investment and for my rental business. Playa El Agua is the area most tourists become aware of when visiting Margarita, so we get many requests about rentals in that area. Most services are offered in walking distance to the house.

My husband, myself and our nine year old daughter stayed at the Playa el Agua Country Club and were impressed with the entire complex. The townhouse was spacious and well equipped for our 10 week stay. The grounds were immaculately kept and the pool and surrounding area were clean and inviting. The staff truly made our stay extra special. They were at all times personable, friendly, and always willing to answer any questions we had about the island. We always felt safe in the area and walked to the nearby beach and neighboring restaurants even in the evening. The owner was very accommodating to our needs. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone, whether a short term or long term stay. We definitely will be returning in the future.

We spent 9 nights here, 3 adults and two teenagers. The penthouse was perfect, felt very secured and the staff was very helpful and kind. The area was very quiet and not far from either beach nor restaurants. The pool area was a good compliment to the nearby beach. In the middle of the day it was to hot to be outside and then it was so good to enter the air-conditioned apartment. Highly recommended place to stay...

Very pleased with this property. It was a nice and comfortable townhouse and very close to the El Agua beach and the nice restaurants and bars. The owner is very professional and responsive. The admin, Ms. Osmary was very accommodative and friendly and the property was resonably priced and very secure. Excellent overall experience and highly recommended. Medy
