  Lovely, modern, spacious and clean apartment in a good location. Easy access to transport network. Well furnished and included everything that may be needed even down to small details such as cooking oil, milk, tea bags, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and washing powder.

  This is a very conveniently located apartment that had all a traveller needed,close to Waterloo station,Westminster bridge and big BEN, borough markets and central London. Just minutes on tube to all parts of London and also great early morning walking around the area. Great apartment for two couples,clean and well apointed.Easy acess to shops,pubs and London eye. Definatly will Rebook when we return to London. Highly recommend.

  Good location apartment. Spacious and clean. Well equipped, just missing a clothes dryer. Great for families with kids as you can prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchenette. There is a convenience store across the road so it is easy to pick up things like milk, eggs n bread. There is also a chinese takeout and fish n chip shop accross the road for a quick meal after a long day out sigtseeing. The washing machine temperature knob was missing, so I had to guess the temperature setting. It would have also been good if there was a dryer as well, though drying racks were provided in any case. We could not figure out the central heating and the many switches around the house, so it would have been good if the switches were labelled and we could have had some clearer instructions on how to turn off the heating as it was slightly warm at night sleeping. The mattresses were very squeaky and in need of changing. Apart from that we would certainly stay there again if we are in London.

  Information booklet provided was very informative and helpful. Tips on how to get around London and how to work the amenities in the apartment were very useful. Easy check-in and check-out. Apartment was very comfortable. The ability to prepare our own meals was a plus.

  What can we say about our apartment but that it could be a gem but unfortunately for us, it was a rock. As they say "it's all in the details" sorry no details here (hardly any utensils or dishes, especially a cork screw) no personal touches, no reception (could not get in touch with personnel to get the key delivered to get into apartment, need more info) and the beds were so uncomfortable, we could not ever get a good night's sleep. Modern apartment, great location (bus 176 takes you directly to Trafalgar Square) wish we had been informed, took us 2 days to figure it out. Unless the apartment is improved, we would not recommend this property.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car.

  My husband, adult daughter and I spent four nights in this apartment earlier this month and found it as described in the listing. -- clean and comfortable. For us, the spaciousness and location were the apartment's best features (plus free wifi). It was great to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and we enjoyed exploring the neighborhood, which is not a tourist hot spot. It's easy to use the Waterloo tube station to get anywhere. The people at Boutique London Lets were terrific -- very responsive to emails and accommodating when we arrived an hour earlier than anticipated. If you're arriving on an early morning flight, do choose the early arrival option for 75 pounds. It's totally worth the money to get settled in the morning. (PS: It's great to have an elevator, too.)

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car.

  Everything was fine and good organized. The room had all the facilities necessary for a traveler. I was impressed how fast the check-in and check-out was.

  Overall this was a fantastic place to stay. We were traveling from Ireland, not from home so when making the reservation we made sure it had a washer/dryer. Unfortunately as soon as we got in we tried to do a load of laundry and the machine was broke. We called right away and they had arranged for a service to pick up our laundry the next morning and the service dropped it off the same night! We did not like that we couldn't call the agency from the phone in the apartment. It cost over 20 Euro to make 2 phone calls from our cell phones. We ended up having to email the agency instead of calling. The responses were quick so it worked, but it would have been nice if we could have just called from the phone. The apartment was very clean, but the couches could be updated. This apartment is in a great location. Pretty close to the tube and if you have kids, there are two great parks close by.

  I was opportuned to stay in 3 of the apartments within a one month period and each of the apartment had a unique advantage from exclusive elevator to great views. As a recently disabled person, it is important for me to look out for an apartment that is spacious and airy and have all the trappings that make life easier. My family and I agree that Waterloo apartments did just that. I was able to move about on my own, use the facilities without assistance. And the cab service was prompt and efficient. The location was fabulous, the service whenever there was an issue (which was rare) was fast and prompt. fast reliable internet service 24 hrs, clean sheets though i think some of the showers were small and needed more cleaning...then again i am fussy. I would like to see more pots and pans for families that intend to make meals especially ones that have covers and it doesn't make sense to have a smoke detector right above the cooker...surely it would go off...only one apartment had that though. All in all was a great stay and will be back...soon.

  The apartments were very close to trains and public transport. London Eye was within 10 min walk as well as the River area and restaurants. Supermarket was close by. The apartment has everything that you would need. It's location is by far the best. If you are travelling around looking at the sights it is fantastic in that regard. We had a slight problem with arrival and no one to meet us but the manager was excellent and we got a 20 pound refund for the issue. Problems occur it is how it is dealt with that counts. I would use this apartment again.
