This is a beautiful tri-level southwest home just off I-70 five minutes West of Golden and one exit from Evergreen. Houses sit on more than two acres on a mountain 15 minutes West of downtown Denver at a 7800-foot elevation. In the winter you can ski Breck, Aspen, A Basin, Frisco or Winter Park all day and enjoy downtown Denver afterwards. In the summer you can enjoy whitewater rafting in Idaho Springs and enjoy fantastic golf courses, mountain and road biking, mountain climbing, hiking trails and fishing just minutes away. Enjoy excellent summertime birding. You see Hummingbirds, Woodpeckers, Nuthatches, Steller's Jay's and other great birds. Black Hawk and Central City Casinos are 20 minutes away. Red Rocks Amphitheater is five minutes away. For weddings at Chief Hosa lodge have your family and relatives 2 minutes away. We apologize for any inconvenience, however we are unable to accommodate concertgoers or rentals less than 30 days at this time. Also there is extra room for personal air mattresses if needed. Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$4000-$5000/monthly + $350 cleanning fee & applicable state taxes.
Security deposit of $2000 by personal check is required.
Deposit is fully refundable pending ispection of peroperty after departure.
Rental fee can be paid by check or credit card, a 2% credit card fee is assessed.
Half (50%) of the rental fee is required to hold the reservation date.
All cancellations are subject to a $750 cancellation fee.
