With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, this home is perfect for a couple or family. The atmosphere is airy with lots of natural light and a nice ocean breeze. The master bedroom features a new king size bed, walk-in-closet and private bath. The covered patio is perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee, or a leisurely book. At night the back yard turns into a tropical getaway, ideal for entertaining friends al fresco. For the adventurous, there are two sit-on-top kayaks in the 2 car garage waiting to be taken for a paddle. There's also a pair of beach cruiser bicycles perfect for a cruise down Atlantic Avenue.
Conveniently located, yet tucked away from it all, just minutes from the beaches and downtown Delray. There's even a city park accessible through the neighborhood, great for the kids or a morning jog. Quick and convenient access to I-95 makes traveling easy. West Palm Beach is 15 minutes north, and Fort Lauderdale 35 minutes south. It is a beautiful 2 hour drive to the Florida Keys and an easy 3 hour drive to the theme parks in Orlando.

May 01-Oct 31: $2400/month (add'l weeks $600), $1000/week
Monthly rentals preferred, shorter rentals considered, please inquire.
HOLIDAY RATES: Dec 12-Jan 3 $1600/week, $2600/2weeks, monthly rates normal.
Discount for rental periods longer than 3 months.
Tax rate- 11.5%. Cleaning fee- $100. Security deposit- $1000.
Pet fee is $100 (non-refundable) and additional $300 deposit.
Reservations are not guaranteed until deposit has been received and cleared.
