This is a brand new 4 bedroom/4.5 bath home located in the Cape Fear Station area of Bald Head Island, North Carolina.
Property backs up to Turtle Central and the Conservancy. Walking distance to Shoals Club and beach access.
Rental includes membership to Shoals Club and Bald Head Island Club. Fully equipped kitchen and television in each bedroom. Some televisions have built in DVD players. Select movies available. Small book library,Large assortment of board games, Aerobed available for additional sleeping on 3rd floor tower area.
Large kitchen with granite countertops, double oven and every appliance needed for a wonderful stay. Master bedroom has King bed with private balcony to watch sunrise and sunsets, and plasma tv. First floor bedroom has Queen bed and private bath with shower and flat screen tv w/dvd player. Second floor bedrooms include: Queen bed with private bath and tub/shower and tv with dvd player, and 2-Sets of Bunk Beds with private bath and shower and tv with dvd player. All baths have granite countertops and beautiful tile floors. Large laundry room with full size Washer/Dryer and laundry tub, Screened Porch, Family Room with Plasma TV and four passenger golf cart included in rental. Two beach chairs and boogie boards are also provided for use by renters.

$250.00 security deposit required.
Rental $3500.00 week-peak season/$525.00 nightly, $2600.00 week-value season/$390.00 nightly, $1800.00 week-Off-season/$285.00 nightly. An additonal $150.00 cleaning fee will be added for less than four night stay. 12.75% Tax Not Included in rental rate. Holiday Rates will vary.

The Unique Benefits at this House
It is a true relaxing atmosphere for our family. We enjoy the beach, relaxing by the two club pools, tennis, golf and searching for alligators and other wildlife in the early evenings. The people are friendly and weather is beautiful. Ocean temperatures are warmer than many other areas we have vacationed. Bald Head Island is the whole package.

After searching for ten years for the perfect location for a vacation home, our family took a trip to Bald Head Island. Nine years ago we boarded the ferry and headed for the island. It was only minutes into our twenty minute trip over to the island; my husband and I looked at each other and said, "This is it." We haven't looked back since. Our three children find it as magical a place as we do.
