Sterling Breeze is a newer Resort in Panama City Beach just a couple years old and located just blocks from Pier Park makes this unit just that much better!!! With this here you get all the great shops. Grocery shopping close by, as well as huge mall w/restaurants and TARGET, etc.
Panama City Beach also has lots to do with the kids - Zoo, Marine World, etc. The Resort has a Fitness Center (very frequented, especially in am) and Outdoor Pool & Hot tub. There is also a bar/lounge and a poolside bar.
Sterling Breeze also offers limited to lobby area free wireless Internet access.
This is unit 405 and is located over the pool. This is a 1 bedroom unit wit an additional bunk area. Complete kitchen and well pointed decor makes you feel like you are on vacation. You are close enough to the Gulf that you here the waves breaking on the beach. The sunsets are just AWESOME from your unit or the beach. A GREAT amenity is that you get your own gas barbecue grill on your balcony which I must say is very nice. The on site parking deck with a walkway over front beach road makes it nice and is complimentary.
Sterling Breeze is a smoke-free property.
Rules you should know
•NOTICE TO GUESTS: This property is privately owned. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury, loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Guests agree to be responsible for any and all losses and/or damages to this rental property.
•KEYS & WRISTBANDS The keys and/or wristbands that you may be issued must be returned as you will be instructed to do. There is a $125.00 lost key charge for any unreturned key and $25.00 for each non-returned wristband .
•CANCELLATIONS: All reservations cancelled are subject to loss of deposit. Entire rent due will be forfeited if unit is not re-rented for lease term.
•RENTAL DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required on all reservations, a reservation made within 30 days of arrival date will require payment in full. All payments must be made by credit card and is due at time of making reservations.
•SECURITY DEPOSIT: Your credit card will be billed for any damages, missing items, long distance calls and any other unauthorized charges to the unit.
•TELEPHONE: All rentals have telephones. The number will be furnished at reservation time. Please bring your telephone credit card. If it is necessary to bill the renter for long distance calls, the renter will be charged the cost of calls plus a $25.00 service charge. All telephone numbers are registered with 911.
•ITEMS LEFT IN PROPERTY:Tara Properties will not be responsible for personal items left in rental property. A $25.00 service charge and mailing costs are required if you request Tara Properties to mail items left behind. Credit card payment is required in advance.
•PRICES: The prices set on rentals reflect many things including: location, amenities, size, number of guests as well as general condition of the resort unit and furnishings.

We loved our condo and had a great vacation. Thank you very much for renting to us- we will recommend it to our friends and leave a positive review. It was great having the keyless entry as there was no key to loose or keep track of. Also the only thing I would add would be a room darkening shade in the master bedroom as the room was always light due to the outdoor lighting- otherwise I would not change a thing- was very comfortable and enjoyable.
