Why the Owner Chose Phoenix On The Bay II
Since we purchased this unit before it was completed we were able to make changes that we felt would make it one of the best ones in POB II. We took a wall out to make the master bedroom smaller and this added a great spacious unit so that a family could spread and and enjoy their stay. We put in pocket doors so that you can open them and have the view from the master bedroom. We made a lot of upgrades and took a lot of time and effort to make this the best furnished and most comfortable unit at POB II.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
It is great to have the large covered porch with solid glass to give you the most beautiful view of Back Bay - the bridge, the bell tower, and the lazy is just outside our unit. It is great for us and the kids as we can enjoy watching them enjoy the lazy river.
